I mean I’m kind of into it. Queens used to just have to buy clothes not have an entire squad designing for them. I’m here for the Land Of The Free Home Of The Gay Eagle Sunglasses Rainbow T-Shirt in addition I really love this accessibility of thrift store drag. Look 03: The queens are assigned one crate each, inside they’ll find the same materials that previous queens used to bomb their specific ball/design challenges and they need to make a rudepmtion look with that. If you want mall drag then support local drag!!!! It’s just not profitable for the show to re-prioritise to reward lower budget looks, especially when a more casual viewer has now come to expect a certain standard for runways. However this style of drag is still prevalent at the local level I am unfashionable as hell irl, so I really appreciate wearable looks. I understand that not every runway is gonna meet the challenge and be pedestrian, but it’s nice when I can go ‘ooh I could wear that!’

It is accessed by API’s and has third party apps. I find it amazing that for one it’s about the community, information and knowledge, for the other profit, how much money do these people want…….they want it all. Not a good comparison, it’s a static vs dyanamic website. The only similarity is they both run on free labour while management gobbles up the revenue
