You are correct and you run into my inability to spell. There is a podcast ‘sold a story’ that explains this well Disruptive students must be removed from classrooms. This doesn’t have to be permanent or even long term. There should be easy pathways to return to mainstream classes if the Lainey Wilson American country music singer-songwriter Fabulous Frequencies T-Shirt besides I will buy this student and parent are willing to comply with school norms. Teachers should not spend 90% of their attention managing 1-2 disruptive students. This is a disservice to everyone including the disruptive students. Smaller classrooms, actually meeting kids where they are at, a greater emphasis on social services for children and adults. You can’t tell me we’re meeting kids where they’re at if the dude with a second grade reading level is being tested for 10th grade biology.

Exactly. Meeting students where they are at. I kind of like the Lainey Wilson American country music singer-songwriter Fabulous Frequencies T-Shirt besides I will buy this one room school house model. I like how if a student was advanced in reading, they went to that reading class, but if they were behind in math, they went to that particular math class. I don’t think there should be a stigma for a student who is behind in math. Maybe they could have it where if you are a grade level behind in math, you do go down lower grade. But if you are advanced in reading, you can move at the grade. I think this is a symptom of a bigger societal problem. People can’t get by on the jobs and wages they have. They have to work extra hard just to get basics, let alone what they need. Parents do electronic parenting because they don’t have the bandwidth after dealing with their two jobs or wondering how to get their next meal. If they could only work one job and come home and be with their kids, be a parent, help them with homework, take them places. Parents lack a support system too. They need a neighbor or grandparent to rely on in emergencies, but they don’t have that. They could build a support system, if they didn’t have to work 2 jobs to pay both rent and daycare. And if the neighbors were able to get treatment for their issues too.
