We use boludo and Pelotudo a lot. Boludo is a friendly and charming way to call your friend an idiot or fool but depending on the Kitchen Sink Festival December 19, 2023 Poster Shirt moreover I love this context it can also be like saying mate. Pelotudo also means idiot but it’s definitely an insult, you would not say it unless you really wanted the person to know that you think they are an idiot. If you wanted to insult someone it really wouldn’t make much sense to use the word boludo when you can say pelotudo instead. I just think its funny how they both almost mean the same thing but like typical South American Spanish, context as subtle as it is changes the meaning of a word so much. In Spanish, there is a suffix ota or ote, which just makes whatever noun you at it to more intense or bigger. For example There’s a regular butt- nalga and there’s nalgota. I’m a native English speaker but I really like the Italian concept of “parenti” which you use for any extended family beyond parents and siblings. In a big family it’s so much easier than explaining “this woman is my dad’s cousin but we’re really close”

Such as when someone asked “Huh?” We’ll go “HATDOG” or “HALAMAN” (which is plant in English) or basically anything that starts with Ha. Or repeating deep words in a high pitched voice. For example; “Hey, I pretty feel isolated.” then the Kitchen Sink Festival December 19, 2023 Poster Shirt moreover I love this speaker/listeners would go “iSoLaTeD?!?!” in a high pitched voice. But it’s all funny though. … i am Bulgarian , and the english speaking people dont have the world кеф … how to say it english – Ще отида де се изкефя ! (its not – I will go to have fun, because having “fun” is да се забавлявам, кеф- is like a level or two above the fun) I’m an American Man living in the UK. I’ve had to stop ending every sentence with the word bitch. It must mean something different in this shitehole.
