Some employers report your title and pay to work history and background check aggregators. So yeah they would just be able to look you up (if you agree to a background check). Had a unionized company do this, but because previous employers never submitted my job title, the Kiss Skull Angel Wings Baltimore Orioles Shirt in addition I really love this company was only willing to pay minimum wage. I was luckily able to get a letter from one previous box who attested that I knew indeed how to do the job, and told them if they didn’t give me the maximum, I’d walk. They were in a pinch and granted my desired salary. Yeah, I was surprised because they told me straight up that they don’t hire inexperienced workers with the company and the hiring manager and district manager both said with my experience I’d get pretty close to the max. Yeah that’s the one I was looking at. I have to give so much information to look myself up and freeze it that it feels like… blegh.

Kiss Skull Angel Wings Baltimore Orioles Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

My last company was big on that. Demanded to know what I made. Didn’t get to demanding w2 but they did finally stop when I responded with, ” that is privileged information for my current employer, I don’t feel comfortable sharing that. Here is the Kiss Skull Angel Wings Baltimore Orioles Shirt in addition I really love this amount I’m looking for, xxx, xxx.” Not only that, but it has absolutely no relation to current negotiations. I’ll either never disclose that or claim it was way higher than it was if pushed Wouldn’t want to work for a company that behaved that way during the interview process. Speaks volumes how they’ll behave once you’re hired. I’d tell em no, if they pushed I’d ask if that is a hard requirement whatbis the pay range and van I see their w2, if that doesn’t end it I’d be done with them. My pay is none of their business. I do have a decent salary, but I’m only sharing my requirements. I’m not devaluing my work if I happen to be underpaid because of life circumstances.
