Term limits are one of the Kilgore surf club white distressed apocalypse now shirt Furthermore, I will do this worst things to happen to “democracy”. When I say this, I don’t mean that once elected they should stay for life. Our founding fathers decided making a leader rule forever is a bad idea. Only to turn around and let the people who decide our rules rules for life? WTH were they thinking? Like, I agree all political positions should have term limits, but just look at our legislative branch right now. There’s term limits, and its still filled with 99% greedy dipshits. I don’t know how much term limits would actually fix for Supreme Court appointments. Term limits alone would make things worse. Right now a sitting president gets to replace a judge when they die or retire. Term limits would add “or their term limit comes up” to that. Trump might have had even more than three appointees with term limits.

There need to be enough judges on the Kilgore surf club white distressed apocalypse now shirt Furthermore, I will do this bench that even if a president gets to appoint several judges it can’t have a huge affect on the makeup of the court. Also the appointments might need to be spread out then. Otherwise political parties could strategically lose a presidential election to have a better chance to appointment of more justices. Also the situation is really dangerous for justices. Like why would a radicalized person not want to assainate a justice during the term of their preferred president/party? Personally I think the appointments should be done by the public. Which would eliminate this issue of spreading appointments and strategic retirement. Have the public vote on a ranked system of multiple choices. The senate and congressional hearings are broadcast and people vote based on them. Otherwise political parties could strategically lose a presidential election to have a better chance to appointment of more justices. But losing one election doesn’t guarantee a win the next? Wouldn’t they still just try to win the election on a disadvantageous election and then win again the next one? We dont, they should not overturn president. By doing so we should impeach them. They lied to us all. They need to be impeached.
