I also dislike weekly goals, since this is going to heavily depend on water retention. A week might go by and the KEVIN NASH American retired professional wrestler, podcaster and actor T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this scale shows no improvement (or even weight gain), then another week goes and you’ve lost 4 pounds. Did you lose 4 pounds in a week? Of course not, it’s just the first week of progress didn’t reflect on the scale when you weighed yourself. (This is especially true if you’re just starting or changing a diet or fitness routine). Word of caution, as you get close to your ideal goal the progress is going to slow considerably. It’s still happening, but then it’s a good time to find secondary goals to keep yourself motivated. Mile run times worked great for me because the progress is easy to measure and happens very fast. You’d be surprised how fast you can go from “unable to jog a whole mile” to “I’m so close to an 8 minute mile”.

KEVIN NASH American retired professional wrestler, podcaster and actor T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

If you were 335 you will lose a lot of weight very rapidly at the KEVIN NASH American retired professional wrestler, podcaster and actor T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this start which probably accounts for maybe a little 30-40% your weight loss so far. The more you lose though, the slower it will come off. Either way 90 pounds is awesome I don’t know, as I’m not a dietician/phyisican, but I think you’re doing a great job and making a healthful choice with beneficial short- and long-term effects. You really should be proud of yourself! That is not easy. It’s not like alcohole or drugs. You have to partake in the thing you are trying to control. Half that in that time would have been cause for celebration! I agree with just about every other post made. You’ve made great progress. By taking it slow you’re allowing your body more time to adjust to the change. Keep it up!

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
