Instead of just hitting the Keenan Allen American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Chargers T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this gym and lifting I joined a bunch of exercise classes that put calisthenics workouts to music and are in a group setting. Its actually quite a lot of fun and an amazing workout…. the group setting gives you more of a incentive to keep going and to push yourself. Or it does for me at least. It wasn’t easy at first… I was 60lb – 70 lbs overweight, but now I”m within 10lbs of where I should be for my height. As for where I get the drive to do it? I wasn’t always fat… and I wanted my wife to have the best version of me. She deserves the best version of me. I also wanted to do everything I could to make sure I’m around for my wife & kids for as long as possible. So for me… it was family and also the feeling of looking good in the mirror again.

PS. Also sex is much better. Fun fact – Men typically gain about an inch of accessible length for every 35lbs they lose. 😀 The two big aspects for me were not trying to change my life all at once and finding habits that worked for me and that I felt motivated to keep doing. I liked the Keenan Allen American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Chargers T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this outdoors, so I started hiking. Just one change, and I enjoyed it. And I stated feeling a little better, so I stated using a bike for nearby errands. Just one change, and I enjoyed it. And I enjoyed using the bike instead of driving so I started biking to work. Biking to work means you have to make sure you stay hydrated, so I drank more water and less soda. I liked soda, but it wasn’t hard because I liked biking more. Less soda changed my pallete and I started eating better. Etc etc etc and now I’m at the gym and cooking healthy and generally living a active lifestyle. It took me three years to change my lifestyle dramatically, but the time was going to happen anyway and the key was that each step was small and had a good reason for it specifically at the time. In the past I tried several times to just all-in start going to the gym and changing my diet and such all at once, and I didn’t -want- to make any of the changes, so it never took.
