The parents have been found guilty of first degree murder. Those horrible parents excuse was they didn’t believe the Kate Bush Pop Art T-Shirt moreover I will buy this doctors diagnosis and was that they were liars despite the fact their son was healthy and doing well for the few years he was getting his insulin shots and they let their son waste away over their pride. Thats absolutely disgusting, I really, really think parents like this shouldn’t be put in jail but taken to the town square and old testament rules for punishment are ensued since people love religion. That is outright murder! When my little sister was in 6th grade, she fainted and got diagnosed with Type 1 or Juvenile Diabetes. This was in the early 80’s so even the crudest forms of glucose testing daily were expensive. There weren’t a ton of diet and sugar free foods either so Mom had to pretty much learn to shop for it. Our Mother attended every community class about diabetes management and somehow kept my sisters condition managed. If there’s no risk, why would she risk it? Sigh… this anti vax shit is so stupidly monotonous its enough to drive insane people back to sanity.

There are reports of increasing refusal of vitamin K shots. There has been exactly one case of allergic reaction to the Kate Bush Pop Art T-Shirt moreover I will buy this shot since 1961 so it is incredibly safe. Infuriating part is “woe is me” is for her and not for the child who is permanently disabled because of her stupid mother Yup. No regard for the fact that she pretty much turned her kid into a vegetable, only worried about herself. Some people really shouldn’t be allowed to become parents. My cousin died when he was maybe six or seven because his side of the family wouldn’t allow a blood transfusion due to their religion. God would heal him, they said. Nowadays this wouldn’t happen in my country because if parents are refusing a treatment that could be life saving for the child, the doctors still have to act with the minor’s best interests in mind. If it’s not so urgent, it will go through the courts and get authorisation. If it is urgent, life saving procedures can be done without the parents’ consent. Which I think is the morally correct option, you should only be allowed to refuse life saving treatments for yourself, a child is their own person. This was actually a pretty similar situation in the US so long as the patient is under care of the parent/guardian its a no go and if the doctor forces the issue they can just take their child out in response if its due to religious reasons (it may depend on the state though)
