To be fair, Balenciaga can be hard. You just have to find pieces that not everybody Has and that maybe have a special Touch. And now you have to use it do define your own style. So basically you have to find a way to not Look like everybody else and Also like the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this Opium Kids that tryna not Look like everybody else. I guess this is what Balenciaga is all about. Why can’t you have the item that everyone has? If you like it, wear it. Who cares if others have the same shit or not. Being unique is not that important. Im not a travis scott fan, but i only got into reps because of his shoes. I love the multiple colors and the only other shoe that does it for me are the Union 1 black toe Funny thing is that when I think about reps I think about designers and hype beast like off white, LV, balenciaga not some carhartt, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein that I can find at my local goodwill or thrift store for $5-10

Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater, long sleeve tee

I dont necessarily like Carhartt but if you wear tech fleece and air max plus, i can safely say that i am better fog is actually really cool imo but ppl overdo the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this essentials shit. jerry lorenzo one of the greatest to ever do it imo fr ion know how ppl care that much sure sometimes i see ppl outside who look corny but it doesn’t affect me who cares I’ve learned a lot from it. If it’s making you dumb then you’re choosing to watch things that make you dumber. I get amazing videos on carpentry, health, workouts, and humor. I’ve never even seen a TikTok rep video and if I did I wouldn’t watch it/interact with it. Literally. TikTok is nothing but a mirror of yourself. follow what you like and block what you don’t. Use the strong algorithm to your advantage One thing that’s trapped me into some dumb ass content was writing a funny comment about how stupid something was in a video. Then thr algorithm assumes you liked it even if you tell it you didnt. The video format style is what makes people dumb. Makes you feel like youre learning something but youre just being told surface level information. Scrolling mindlessly leads to information overload. Yea there definitely more productive ways to use tiktok, but if you truely have your best interest in mind you would avoid it completely. There are superior ways to learn This is why I never downloaded it lmao. My friends keep telling me I can get an awesome feed n stuff, but I’m pretty sure id just spend hella stoned time doomscrolling memes and dumb shit. Plus its a lil ego hit when u hit em wit the ‘nah I don’t have tiktok’ haha.
This is aesthetic is more of a workwear style. It you are bothered by other people interpretation of fashion you should get over yourself Submission received and approved by automod! I don’t hate it but it just feels boring and uncreative When I first joined fashion reps my first instinct was hype beast brands and designers. Never in my life would I expect people to buy carhart, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein in this sub…… Miles better than: skinny jeans with paint splatter+ alexander mcqueen sneakers + tight gucci t shirt + gucci cap + gucci fannypack +a puffer boo hoo if you don’t like it don’t wear it. who cares what others are wearing or what’s trending? it’s so insecure when people are judging what people wear

Hate this argument, it’s 100% blown up more cause of TikTok, barely anyone under 30 used to wear timbs and now nearly most people who wear timbs are that age timbs have always been a part of workwear and new york fashion, sometimes other shoes take the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this stage but they fall off. timbs wear cool in the 90’s, 00’s, 10’s, and now That’s fair, I’m not too familiar with New York fashion, in the UK here timbs are seen generally as something only workmen wear You are definitely not black, lol. Black guys under 30 have been wearing Timbs for decades. Even had me a pair in high school. cmon now, why you lying? I had timbs when i was fuckin 10, all the kids I hung around in my school had a pair, maybe you dont get snow but theyre everywhere in toronto Not even slightly. Whatever others are into is no business of my own. Not like there’s any ground to stand on here if we’re also talking reps. Lol ya I always thought a rep subreddit would be the most accepting of just wearing whatever tf u want, but ppl on here always calling each other fashion npcs and whatnot like damn Streetwear in ‘24 : let’s wear clothes that our parents hated, because their alcoholic plumber parents wore them… Well, at least back then they all could afford a f🫣cking real 60$ carhartt jacket
Nah. Timbs and those carhartt jackets are timeless and have been around since the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this 90s. They have just seen trends both recently. Just go outside and stop watching TikTok. Unless you’re making money on it, uninstall it. Can’t imagine every giving an ounce of a thought at what someone else wears. Yall need some goals in life or something to be fair, we all started w/ the trendy side of things then later on you figure out your own style (or at least that’s how it went for myself) rather see people thrifting and looking for what they want to wear than everybody in nike techs trying to be somebody theyre not If you wear this outfit and you’re not in the trades or doing some kind of a manual labor job you’re a joke. Literally all tradesmen laugh their asses off when they see some geek teen who is 120lbs soaking wet wearing this stuff. The picture that you posted (besides the hat) is literally workwear / american casual. Thats not streetwear lol
you’ll need to start with exercises that open and stretch out your chest as those muscles are likely pulling your shoulders forward to the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this rounded posture. Shoulder flossing and door stretch is a great way to open up the rib-cage and shoulders you’ll also want to strengthen your upper back. Band pulls are great for strengthening the muscles around and beneath your shoulder blades. i used to stretch a ton to fix my neck bump like this, didn’t ever do anything until i started strength training, especially my upper body/shoulders. I was like this, but after 6 weeks of hamstring stretching I figured out I was walking around with my bum tucked under. this causes the lower back to round into a C so that you can stay upright, and the neck to project out so that you can still look forward
By learning to stand with my bum untucked, I was able to extend my spine properly, achieving a more attractive posture. This posture put more strain on my core and low back so strengthening those helped too In my case, trying to mush my should blades back as much as I could was not needed at all. Once the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this spine is extended, your arms can really just relax and hang out anywhere and you’ll look fine. After all, posture is about how you stand, so it’s really all about the position of the feet, legs, hips, spine and head. Unless you’re standing on your hands I guess. i can never tell if i need to stretch my hamstrings or work out my back/abdomen/shoulders/chest because i have like rounded shoulders and pelvic tilt so when i stand my back is arched and my shoulders are slumped and my lower back is really tight but its so hard to try and curl my body forward to stretch my back basic concept is to stretch the chest muscles that have contracted, and build the traps and core muscles that are needed to support a straight posture.
You need to strengthen your posterior chain! I find that a lot of my problems were centered around my hips (weak external rotation, tight minor muscles caused nerve pain, weak major muscles like glutes/quads/hams) and as I got my hips right, I found that the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this rest of my problems were in my upper back and shoulders. Whatever you do, just find a good strength building routine that encourages good form, has good form pointers, has the option to make each exercise harder/easier, and promotes mobility, strength, and flexibility. 🙂 THEN you just need have to show up and do exercises for about 30min 2-3 times per week. It doesn’t take much! I really love Hybrid Calisthenics for a basic, beginner routine with encouragement and a friendly face and accessible explanations. He’s on Instagram. I also took some yoga classes and learned a yoga flow. Once I understood the proper form, I just did that yoga flow a few times a week for a few months to stabilize my body.
Another thing you can do, and this won’t be a popular suggestion, but you can just practice with walking upright. People will say, “You can’t just hold your body in the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this right position to fix things,” but if you add some movement, it can help you get into better posture habits. I practiced walking upright with my shoulders back and neck long, chest open, and my job required a lot of walking. I would check my posture in the glass and adjust as needed. Doing that made my back sore off and on for about 6 months! But it took care of about 70% of the shoulder rounding I did while walking. But the real answer is you’re gonna have to just start exercising and building a stable and strong body. The good news is that it’s not a race and you can just try one thing at a time until you find what you like and what works for you. You will build your knowledge base over time and get to know your body well. And you will be able to build a lifelong, healthy relationship with your body!! So best wishes! I improved from this forward posture a little bit at a time and so can you! 🙂
I would generally do yoga a lot, and if it truly is as bad as Taylor‘s in this picture, maybe get one of those posture devices for when you sit in chairs. Posture doesn’t have a lot to do with muscle tightness or strength. You can have good posture, but a super tight chest or weak back. It is an unconscious neuromuscular adaptation. You need to force the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this posture you want consciously and you will slowly start using it unconsciously. You can aid the posture by training the upper back focusing on shoulder retraction and depression as well as stretch the pecs. Bear in mind that doing exercises with poor posture just makes it worse. i have this same issue. from what i’ve read it’s caused by weak back and abdominals. so theres excersizes you can look up for forward head posture and hunchback posture Focus on thinking tits up. Lot of women hunch because of being self conscious of advertising. If can relax and practice in mirror you will realize you can donit
Excessive kyphosis usually comes from poor body mechanics: poor sitting, standing, and lifting habits. If youre young you may be able to correct. Adults can be a change in the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this spine. Either way, correcting the muscle balance can still help. This is quite common. “Strengthen the back and stretch the chest” is correct, but a pretty generic response. It onky give you the concept of what you want to do. Most people wont hit the places they actually need to work on. You want to get down and target some specific muscles in specific areas in specific ways. swimming is GREAT for this. Look at any female swimmer and tell me if they have bad upper body posture. It’s basically impossible since you use your upper back and spine so much to swim. I see a lot of very very thin ladies like this, their lower stomach gets to where they’re going 2seconds before the rest of their bodies.
I had the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this same issue and I went to shiatsu session and they were able to work out the problem right away and we’re amazing at helping me fix it. 100% recommend you to check for local shiatsu places alexander technique has helped change my posture and way I carry myself from the inside out! highly recommend you look into one on one alexander technique adjustments, an hour a week for a few months changed everything for me I have forward shoulders from hunching as a teenager. Lifting weights to tighten up the back and shoulder got me 90 % of where I wanted to be. Stretching out the pecs won’t be enough to change the posture. I also have anterior pelvic tilt but made less progress on that, I have a super hard time activating my glutes. ETA: exercises I did were tricep extension, seated row, rear deltoid fly, arm lifts ( other deltoids), bent over row with kettle balls, back extension.
We’ve been traveling for 3 years now as digital nomads. We travel really light, stay at modest locations, wear cheap clothes and work on an old laptop. We were in Koh Lanta for just over a month this past December when we were held up on our patio by a man with a machete who threatened us. It wasn’t a robbery. He said “Baby” “3 O Clock Today” “Knife”. It seemed like he was threatening to kidnap our child. Two other tourists staying down the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this row came and the guy sauntered off. The people we were renting from came and a big discussion in Thai took place between them and the locals (there was a group of local houses about 50 feet from the place we rented with about 20 people living there). The guy who threatened us was back with them and had put away the knife and the locals were jeering. We packed up and left for good within 20 minutes before police got there. Which turns out it was good, I saw a few headlines about police actually being involved in kidnappings in Thailand over the past year.
Tourists come for a week. Expats work or are clearly retired. Even being a digital nomad living simply looks a lot like being ridiculously rich from the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this outside. And it’s a security risk. Koh Lanta is lovely but the islands are gang controlled and kidnappings for ransoms on the Malaysia side of the border are a known thing. I’m not sure if they are spreading or if what happened was an isolated incident, but beware. Hopefully this isn’t relevant to any of you but I really didn’t think we were putting ourselves in this kind of danger in Thailand. Apparently we wereSo sorry this happened to you and to your family and I am VERY grateful the outcome was no worse! Would you please elaborate on “… The guy was back with them and the locals were jeering”? As in how exactly were they acting; as if you were lying or were they confronting him? Sincere question, I just don’t understand this part.
Again so glad you left and are safe! Getting up and getting out of there Immediately was the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this best decision ever. Best of luck to you and your family! Sorry this happened to you but I don’t think he wanted to kidnap your child. Likely was having the crazies from yaba or another drug. Also, not sure what you mean by Malaysian side of the border? Lanta is not close to Malaysia. I’d call the govt. Thais look out for tourists. A local official (not the police) will speak English well, and will be able to handle it or kick it up the line. Absolutely do not let this slide, this is not ok. Sounds like he was either mental or high as a kite. Random kidnappings are super rare, especially attacking parents as it would almost never work since the parents will fight.
Sounds like he was either mental or high as a kite. Random kidnappings are super rare, especially attacking parents as it would almost never work since the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this parents will fight. This whole story sounds really weird. I was in Lanta like two months ago – it’s probably one of the safest and most chill places I’ve ever been (there’s a reason why it’s full of couples and families). I don’t think he was threatening to kidnap your child, what the hell is a Thai dude going to do with a farang baby? Edit: oh yea and missed the Malaysia comment – 1) Lanta is nowhere near Malaysia and 2) there are no foreigners being kidnapped for ransom in Malaysia lol While it’s extremely serious and uncomfortable it seems more likely that it was a crazy dude either high out of his mind or something else. Thailand are serious about protecting their tourists at all costs, whatever happened after this I pray the police went hard on this guy.
If its anything like what I saw, generally the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this mafia/local families don’t like randoms bothering tourists. Those beaches were worth fuck all until tourists came along. Lanta is insanely safe. The local community once stoned a guy when he started getting sexually aggressive with white women. They really don’t put up with bad behavior there. All I’ve seen is petty theft and some yaba heads. Edit: oh yea and missed the Malaysia comment – 1) Lanta is nowhere near Malaysia and 2) there are no foreigners being kidnapped for ransom in Malaysia lol dunno I am part Malaysian and when I was planning to travel from penang to lanta via ferry I was constantly warned by aunties about the “sea gypsies” and all strongly urged me to simply fly
They chao leh are a beautiful community!! You are 100% accepted here. All my neighbors are chao leh. They’re just a happy community that loves to drink and fish. reddit is full of the Kansas City Chiefs Legends Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes 2 Bros Chasing Their Fourth Title Signatures shirt besides I will buy this dumbest people I’ve ever encountered. You seem to think they’ll kidnap a baby because they want a baby. Also, can you post a comment without a “lol” in it? It makes you sound ridiculous. The idea that there is a kidnapping ring targeting Western babies, in peaceful, quiet, family-oriented Koh Lanta, and that one of the representatives of this ring is a machete wielding man shouting 3 o’clock in broken English while crowds of locals cheer him on is probably the dumbest idea I’ve ever encountered on Reddit. Furthermore that idea that someone actually believes this or thinks is remotely credible is one of the most damning things I’ve ever witnessed regarding the future of the human race. What you have just implied is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this thread is now dumber for having read it. I award you no upvotes, and may God have mercy on your soul.
