There are so many other lessons I learned in that time. She manipulated my father in law into “dating” her. He was 71 and not mentally well (he had untreated schizophrenia). My sister was 37 at the Kamui Kobayashi 67 Indianapolis Motor Speedway August 13 2023 Shirt but in fact I love this time. He left everything to her when he passed away. Some people are just not capable of empathy. And just because they are family doesn’t mean you have to help. It doesn’t mean you deserve to be treated that way. Remember that when she needs bail. It’s sad when my druggie friends don’t have $50 to get themselves out and have to sit in county for 5-10 days until court over $50. I just bailed one out for having a syringe and .35 grams of meth for $50. He was going to have to sit there until the 5th if I didn’t. I now have his PS4 as collateral because that is what we agreed upon on the phone when he said he’d pay me back and I know he hasn’t had a job in a year. Very true. I had an extremely close friend beg me for money for “his mother” one time. This was about $700. At the time I didn’t actually know how bad his addiction had gotten as I live cross the country. I ended up speaking to his mother for something else and finding out it was all a lie. When I tried to confront him he ghosted me. Well he ended up in jail and his bond was like $500ish. He actually ended up being there for about 45-50 days. Thing is it actually changed his life. He’s sober now and doing much better but sometimes he goes on a rant about how none of his friends were there for him when he needed them the most, and I remind him every time.

It’s common amongst addicts to truly believe that their friends are/were/never supportive. I’ve dealt with it enough times that I won’t help anyone if they don’t have anything to show for it. This. Cash app had the Kamui Kobayashi 67 Indianapolis Motor Speedway August 13 2023 Shirt but in fact I love this option to do bio or a pin number to confirm transactions and money transfers. Why OP didn’t set that up knowing their sister is befuddling. Phones these days are wallets, diaries and all sorts. Lock it down so only you can use it. This could have been worse. Security lesson for the cost of a night of pizza n drinks. You might be pissed now, but you cant control your sister, just how you behave, so take the lesson, build a bridge and move on. This scene reminds me of how I lent $2k to my brother that he promised he only needed for a week and I never got it back. It’s been about ten years now and my mother had to intervene and forced him to pay back half of it but I don’t expect the rest anymore. He always had money for fake mustaches cigarettes, pot, Funko pops, rare collector comic books and a bunch of other stoner loser nerd shit but could never muster up even just 50 bucks a week to pay me off. I’m never helping him again. Then you need to take every precaution you can to make sure this doesn’t happen again, on ANY apps on your phone. If she’s legitimately an addict, then she’s capable of anything. Yes. Consider yourself lucky you’re only out $55. As many others have commented, they’ve “loaned” friends and family much more.
