Thought I’d just remind everyone thatTrump argued in federal court, the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but president is immune from being prosecuted for assassinating a political opponent. And this is one reason Ukrainians no longer wish to be under the influence of Moscow. The US should promote freedom and democracy. When you have a country that wants to be under Democratic values, we should support that especially when they are fighting Russian oppression. Yep it’s a no brainer. This is one of those foreign situations where a Democratic nation is being invaded but an autocratic nation. This is a country where the will of the people is towards self governing principles. Defending that will is easy if you care about principles of self rule governing.

Exactly. Ukraine’s desire for democratic values goes back to 2013 when the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but Maiden Uprising kicked off as a direct result of President Viktor Yanukovych’s sudden decision not to sign the European Union–Ukraine Association Agreement and instead chose closer ties to Russia. The people of Ukraine saw their country slide closer to Russia and away from Europe and said absolutely the fuck not. Nah, usually the US overthrows someone – who was elected – for the crime of being to the left of Goebbels and installs a dictatorship. Unwillingness to give Ukraine the help it needs / deserves is a pretty typical instance of American foreign policy. Oh of course the US has installed and backed dictatorships throughout the past. I think most Americans (who are aware of that at least) heavily scorn it. I’m assuming they were thinking more about recent efforts like in Afghanistan and Iraq where we made a huge deal about bringing freedom and democracy and the bungled the nation-building. I think in the long term those ideas would have benefitted the relevant populations, but we did a sloppy job filling the power vacuum of toppled governments with new democratic institutions, and that’s fallen back in places like Afghanistan. Ukraine on the other hand has been moving toward closer ties with Europe and the US for quite some time out of their own will. Its population seems to be strongly in favor of democratic institutions, even if there is still quite some corruption, but they seem intent on improving that. Ukraine’s the best bet we’ve seen in a long time where we can actually use our influence for good and have it stick.

Good thing only a few hundred thousand Iraqis had to die for democracy and freedom, I’m sure their families appreciate the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but effort at least My respect for the GOP had been waning for a while, but I lost the last shreds of respect when they backed Putin. It’s in direct conflict with their core beliefs (Freedom!), opposing authoritarian rule, and democracy. It’s hard to imagine a bigger sellout. They were the ones saying we should be hawkish and ramp up our military-industrial complex because of the threat from Russia. Then this happens, and part of me is like “man maybe they were right about Russia” and suddenly they don’t want that anymore. The GOP was the party of US hegemony and militarism, but that wing of the party seems all too happy to just roll over for Trump.

yeah maybe the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but flowers she wanted to put there had some roses among them. And we all know that roses have spikes so good thing the memorial has been protected! What happens to people detained for these things in Russia? Fines? Prison? How long of a sentence would this warrant? I can’t imagine they’re all getting death sentences or like 15+ year sentences. Is it like a few years in prison? A few months? I know Russia is fucked, but have no sense of what kind of risk you’re taking by doing this in Russia If we’re talking about people detained in Saint Petersburg for bringing flowers, they are arrested for 2-14 days. If they do it again, the consequences will be worse. Literally any. Mine was “Endangering societal health during pandemic”. In a crowd of people minding their business, having a nice weekend. It doesn’t matter. The protocol said that I shouted ” Glory to Ukraine”, I didn’t, but how is it related to the pandemic? We know the real reason. They know the real reason. We know that they know. They know that we know. It’s intimidation, “what are you going to do about it, huh?”. The answer defines whether you’ll see the light of day again Most of the ones who laid flowers and were arrested are usually let go within a day, but fine is also a possibility, as well as jail for a period of up to 15 days. For activists who already were prosecuted in the past for similar kind of misdemeanors, up to 30 days of jail is possible, although that’s rare. In even rarer instances, I heard cases of some people getting community sentence of up to 200 hours, but that one is rare, if courts want to be tough they’d rather give out jail. Since the Kremlin isn’t completely stupid most officers are only only allowed non-lethal weapons like batons and traumatic pistols at protests to avoid any incidents that could be magnified.

Some information about Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt

2 people died recently after participating in a protest in Ufa, Bashkortostan. One died in a police truck(idk what it’s called) and cause of death was called a heart attack due to intoxication and second one died of a broken spine as i remember. Many participated got a visit of officials later. Putin saw what happened to Assad back in 2011 and he isn’t going to make that same mistake unless he thinks it’s literally his last resort to keep power. Well, i think as time goes by he will be thinking that only more and more and this whole system built upon people’s fear about getting their life broken due to their views is a time bomb and one day it will eventually blow up. I also think he doesn’t care about such people like at all. Not familiar with current Russian policies. But for a similar context in the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but 1970-1990 Latin American dictatorships options would be:
All of the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but above without any due process, naturally, what happens would depend on current government policies towards agitators and the mood of a high ranked officer that day. Imprisonment could be overruled if your family/friends manage to put in a bribe with corrupt but honorable officers, no way of knowing if a bribe will work for sure, or if the government was pressured to make a gesture. If you were female, add to the list above very high probability of sexual abuse. And of course random complementary beatings regardless of sex. Given how dictatorships have very similar procedures trough history, I assume this is what will happen to them, and have only my deepest respect for their courage. It’s a super cool picture too. It has so much movement and the contrast of the lavender and black is super striking. This is good r/accidentalrenaissance material
I can’t believe she would do that. Doesn’t she know groceries there are cheaper than in the Justin Fields Chicago Arc Name Player Rugby Pittsburgh Steelers Shirt it is in the first place but US? She should be groveling at the feet of the nearest Putin statue. Since Russia is a mafia state, it probably won’t get any better. Will just be replaced by the second in command. He wants to be America’s goebbels. He’s trying to advertise Putin’s style of authoritarianism because he wants to live the powerful lavish life of one of the chosen oligarchs. The Russians aren’t exactly shy about arresting American journalists. Tucker even asked about one of them, asking if Putin would let him go. The answer, shockingly enough, was no. I was most surprised to see people thinking the interview was real journalism. Tucker wouldn’t have been able to sneeze without the kremlin approving it . And this is the type of society that Tucker Carlson is trying to sell to us. At least we get nice grocery stores We have far better grocery stores outside of Russia here in Europe. Russian stores seriously lack some quality products, like good luck finding nice tasting cheese in a regular store. We have better grocery stores already in the US. These people are calling for fascism when they could just be going to Trader Joe’s
