I’d ask for a digital copy of both then do a side by side comparison. Unfortunately, from the Just One More Thing Unraveling Clues With Columbo A Detective’s Pursuit T-Shirt In addition,I will do this sound of it, you’ll likely be fighting them for a while especially if they’re this brazen 2 months in. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I’d maybe start looking about. This sounds really shady and if it’s this early on, it sounds like the beginning of shenanigans. Maybe get in touch with citizens advice, run it by them. Look at your original lease and figure out how long the tenancy is in place for and what the grounds for eviction might be. At best, they were chancing their arm but knowing where you stand will put you in a better place, regardless of the outcome. Best of luck friend. I wouldn’t let them know you’re not going to sign it – just sit down as if you were going to sign then look at it and say ‘I need to read this through’ and not let them have it back if they demand it, to see what (if anything) they’re up to. Not letting you see beforehand is very suspect. I’m a solicitor in England, I used to do some landlord and tenant work and I’m still renting where I live. I would LOVE for this to happen to me. Sorry to hear the agents have refused to show you a copy of the contract which they’ve asked you to sign (seriously, wtf!!!). Would be so interesting to see what they’ve screwed up and are trying to cover their asses on. Haven’t seen all the comments so be might others here who can help/have helped already. If I can help with any informal guidance let me know. But, in essence the gist of the answers in this thread are correct – good old Reddit. You have a contract in place already and unless you breach this in some way this will be in place until the end of the stipulated Term. A change of logo is absolutely no reason to vary a contract (in practice the Tenancy Agt. is going to live in a folder in a cabinet somewhere until at least the end of the term. So no one is going to see the logo anyway) No. Have them send you the original and the new one to compare at your leisure. If they refuse you already have a contract with them that they’re trying to weasel out of.Don’t let them come over and pressure you in person.

It’s a step by step learning process. I also have some videos the Just One More Thing Unraveling Clues With Columbo A Detective’s Pursuit T-Shirt In addition,I will do this not work and after deleting and change a bit it works. Fwiw I’ve sometimes found YT shorts to glitch out and not get into the “shelf” so to speak. I’ve had the same thing happen to me but instead I don’t change the short. Just reupload and it performs about how I’d expect it to. I was actually gonna post a ques regarding the same. What’s the best time to upload a short? I uploaoone yesterday with the same thought as yours and got only 100 views so far. I was gonna delete it and reupload but now I won’t. I have been trying different time for shorts but nothing sort of works. You should have tried reuploading it at a different time of day, as that tends to be the issue of low views. Time of day has so much influence on if a short does well that we may never know if it was the edits, or if you uploaded at a good time of day that made it perform better.
