I think he would’ve fit better in Lost Empire, personally. I believe Just A Girl Who Loves Pugs And Christmas shirt was written in his insights or some other article that the skin is one of the original ideas pitched for him before they settled on “ghostly harpooner of a sunken ship” – he was instead potentially to be a sand wraith. Weird that Ekko was excluded though, especially with the potential in that prince of Persia vibe. I remember reading that, during development, they were toying with the idea of making Pyke a sand wraith from the start. When they decided on the underwater assassin route, they made the sand wraith idea a skin, and then probably added him to that universe just because.

Of course, take this with a grain of salt, I can’t remember where I read about this. Sandstorm Ekko has no official lore that I could find. He isn’t grouped into any set or universe. IMO he feels like he has the sivir lore where he’s stealing stuff with an ancient godlike weapon. Just A Girl Who Loves Pugs And Christmas shirt will forever live in nightmares. Rousing all who see her from their slumber. They wake, drenched in a cold sweat, but unable to remember the dream, only knowing that something was coming for them. Something truly horrible.

Dark Stars travel throughout universes to erase them – can be a good set up in the future for the Star Guardian Universe vs Dark Stars (First Star vs Dark Star, etc). Similarly, Rhaast in Odyssey was sent to that universe to do the same, but he’s in waiting now due to reasons. That’s what I thought too, but if Star Guardian and Darkstar are linked, but also Darkstar and Odyssey Just A Girl Who Loves Pugs And Christmas shirt put Jinx in an awkward spot, having both an Odyssey skin and a Star Guardian skin.
