I always feel that my meditation is better if I do a small amount of cardio beforehand. My blood pressure is also lower and I take it every time so I do have evidence to that. Not sure why this is for you. I’m sure my workouts are not that intense we’re talking about 15 minutes walking in about 3.5 mph. Took me a few weeks of meditation before I stopped having panic attacks during meditation. I sometimes still get heightened anxiety during meditation because I’m actually focusing on my feelings instead of distracting myself. Although it is quite rare now. Overall, meditation helps immensely with dealing with my anxiety throughout the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this day. Running has helped since day one however. I always relax and sleep better after a long run, so not sure about that. Try not to worry about worrying, if that makes sense. I often got anxiety about my anxiety, the mind is so silly haha!
Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt: Get Cozy in this shirt
I normally meditate to lower heart rate and blood pressure. Now, when I’m doing a cardio workout, I don’t meditate but if I maintain my pace, and I’m doing the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this same movements like running, swimming, cycling, I can go into THE ZONE where I’m not thinking, I’m not myself, but I’m one with the water or the pavement or the bike. It’s like I don’t exist but I am existing. It’s beautiful, it’s weird, its hard to get into but once I’m in there, in the zone, it’s like time ceases to flow. If I were in your shoes and meditation plus cardio made me anxious then Id either keep the two apart or I’d try meditating AFTER my cardio, at the end of the workout, just like how yogis do the savasana corpse pose at the end of a yoga practice.
I make cardio every day and I have been meditating for 30 minutes every day. So I can tell that things reduce anxiety only if you have been making it foafter r minimum couple month every day, but after for a while time you will feel anxiety again until then traning. The prior high intensity activity of running, could possibly trigger unconscious memories from when you felt anxious in the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this past. Remember that the mind itself can’t always diffirentiate between what is real or not. Last year I found out that the days where I did my runs I had no vivid dreams ( I was trying to lucid dream) the next day as opposed to when I didn’t run. I do believe that when you run or exert physical activity that you use a lot of your energy and won’t be able to do certain things. On the other hand I had experiences where I would get my heart rate up by doing push-ups or some jumping jacks and then lay down to meditate and could feel very energized. I’m not sure if this will help or if it relates to you but I thought it was similar in a wayI don’t think anyone believes 2 minutes is the magical number that cleans your teeth, it’s just a guideline of how long you should spend doing it so you get the full effect.

About this Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt
If you think about brushing little circles on all 3 sides of the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this teeth plus the tongue and roof, I think it should take a solid 90 seconds or more. But I’m sure there are variables to what each mouth needs for optimal health. so what is the rule for hand brushing rather than electric brushing? Obviously the electric brush is doing more work, so is it one second per tooth for electric or 10 seconds per tooth for handwork? “3 months salary for a ring” is a DeBeers advertising campaign that became a social norm because people, as a group, are suckers. “8 cups of water a day” comes directly from my urologist and I’m happy to take his advice so I never have to see him again. I am now going to be brushing my teeth to a waltz count, and ONE TWO THREE. Pity I don’t have a larger bathroom. My cardiologist advised me to multiply my weight in pounds by .66 and drink that many fluid ounces of water per day. An 180lbs (80kg) person needs to drink 118 US fluid oz, which is 3.5 litres which is 14 cups of water each day. That’s way too much I’m 175 pounds and drink a little under a gallon (so right around that, maybe slightly more). It doesn’t feel like that much. Maybe you are getting a lot of fluid elsewhere, or are just a bit dehydrated?
Would you say that you drink a lot of water? Do you think you barely meet the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this recommended amount? I say this as someone who does drink a lot, although I don’t measure it. I do think an alarming number of folks have an issue with mild dehydration, but nearly a gallon a day is a lot! I don’t drink very many things that aren’t water, I exercise daily, and my caffeine intake is relatively high, so given those factors I think I’m hitting about the right amount. Those are all great points to be honest. Realistically, the recommended high amounts of water like 14 cups or whatever are probably for people who are also active and healthy. That makes sense, because it’s also recommended that you be active and healthy. But for a couch potato who doesn’t move much, drinking “only” 8 cups is probably the least of their health concerns.
It really just depends on a variety of factors I guess, but more water is almost always healthy, until you get so absurd that it’s unrealistic for a regular person. I’m 130lbs and drink almost a gallon a day and have never gotten close to being hypertonic, so it’s within safe guidelines. Drinking that much water all at once will kill you though I’d never heard the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this 0.66 times weight thing before, but turns out that’s a pretty good estimate of how much water I actually drink. Neat. the mf said 3 seconds each surface and there are at least 76 surfaces (32×2 + an extra face for each of the 12 molars) . no I still do, but toothbrush timers it only does 30s x4. I would think it mostly gets done if you just did both sides though. IIRC, some scientist in the 1930s wrote an article where he determined that a human being should have enough water in their diet to equal 64oz. 64oz is equal to 8 glasses of water. Fruits and a lot of veggies have water in them, so in addition to being hydrated generally, I think his message was to just have a balanced diet. The general public completely misinterpreted this as “I must drink 8 glasses of water everyday” Eh the water thing is an easy rule for them to say and its not enough extra to hurt you. In reality need varies by person/size. I was surprised to learn when I got an electric toothbrush that I normally brush my teeth for two minutes anyway.
It surprised me too, my electric toothbrush pulses every 30s, and I was around half way in-between the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this 3rd and last pulse, so only 10-15 seconds short before getting my current toothbrush You can also brush them for longer if you want. Just generally make sure they’re thoroughly brushed. Also brush your tongue. Brushing longer is not necessarily a good thing you know. My little brother used to always brush for 5 mins and his dentist told him to stop that immediately. He was only still doing it cause he used to have braces Yeah my wife also quite late found out that she was actually damaging her teeths enamel by brushing too hard and too long… All I know is my gums improved when I moved from “a short time” to “two minutes as measured by my electric toothbrush” It’s an arbitrary number. You should clean your teeth but from what I’ve learned, the actual act of brushing and getting all the plaque off your teeth isn’t that important. The important part is getting your teeth exposed to fluorine for as long as possible to help rebuild your teeth. So the longer you brush and the longer you don’t wash the fluorine out of your mouth, the better. Note as you get older, you may want to be careful about brushing too much or too hard. It can lead receding gum issues. Be gentle with brushing near the gumline. It takes 1 minute to flourid (and it’s newer alternatives) to work properly on the bacteria amount commonly found in mouths. So the best way is actually to make sure to get the toothpaste all around the mouth to begin with and then brush for at least one minute. I actually start with mouth rinse for one minute and then I brush for how long I feel like, which can depend on what I’ve eaten. My wife’s engagement ring was $120 at the mall in 1989. Pretty sure this was not even one-tenth of my monthly salary.
The same foods that are harder (or easier) to clean when doing dishes are going to be harder (or easier) to clean from your teeth. If you look at cleaning off the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this plates from the meal, it’s a similar impact to pouring the liquid you drank over the plate before trying to clean it. Some people have bigger and smaller mouths, some people have dirtier or cleaner diets/teeth, some people have a few or many missing teeth. Probably for the teeth one, the variation across people isn’t all that large though, so this one I would probably adhere to. For water, a 90lb woman is NOT going to have the same requirements as a 300lb man, obviously. But take these same people, and chances are they have pretty similar teeth cleaning needs – I think this is one of those numbers you can probably trust. I remember being told that for most people, it might be better to brush for closer to 3 minutes. I was advised the easiest way to do this was just choose a song from my Playlist and listen to that as I brushed, and when it was over, you stopped. Kinda like those kids brushes they used to sell ages ago where you pressed a button and a (singular) song played and the kid was meant to brush until it stopped lmao but I mean if it works, it works, and if you keep up with your dental health then you could probably get away with doing less tbh it’s just a guideline at the end of the day
Not necessarily, as long as I made sure I’ve cleaned thoroughly and flossed and scraped my tongue then I’m done If you brush your teeth properly, you probably don’t need min but I guarantee most don’t brush properly so therefore 2 min of all around brushing is good I switched to a two minute routine with an electric brush and the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this difference was NOTICABLE. 10/10 it is worth it. If you get full dentures in your 20s like I and my parents did, brushing in just drop a tablet in the denture cup. Genetically I didn’t have a chance. I easily get that much water, usually via coffee, tea, or occasionally beer. Actually tap water is just three glasses a day. First wife died from cancer after 32 years, 2nd was naughty and divorced me at 15 months when her allowance from me stopped at , and third marriage is almost 12 years now. Yes, my toothbrush has a timer and stops itself once i reach 2 minutes, but i usually go over anyway. I almost had to do a root canal which would’ve costed me over $5000 aud, don’t fuck around when it comes to your teeth What kind of inferior ring costs 3x someone’s monthly salary? The most brilliant gems and metals are more like 3x someone’s hourly wage
A 2009 study from the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this Medical Group GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare found that “increasing brushing time to the consensus minimum of 2 minutes from a more typical 45 seconds increases plaque removal to an extent likely to provide clinically significant oral health benefits”. Reaearchers studied a range of brushing times and found that after 2 minutes the subjects were not removing nearly as much plaque as before. They further concluded that the difference between a 45 second brushing and a 2 minute brushing was severe enough that it would impact dental health. So the two minutes thing has been studied and is not arbitrary. Here’s why it’s not a hard and fast rule though, brushing goes a long way but there is more to good dental hygiene. If you go to the dentist every 6 months for a cleaning, don’t get regular cavities, floss regularly and don’t smoke you probably don’t really need to brush the whole 2 minutes. For the rest of us, two minutes on the electric brush is the way to go.
Oh my god please do not dump money on a ring until you talk to your intended. the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this 3 months thing is INSANE and a complete marketing campaign. Just find out what she *likes*
i’m sure that absolutely zero foreigners would be okay with random tourists walking up to their personal homes and shoving cameras in each their window panes to film for their personal enjoyment. there are even many local laws in many places that criminalize this behavior. I thought Vietnam passed a law last year (2023) that would cover this. Filming from any public space is protected by law. Especially if someone leaves the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this doors wide open for everyone to see in from the street. If you tried to poke a camera through the window, that would be illegal. Idk abt HCM city but it Hai Phong my dad used to “tell me nicely™” to leave the gate open as that implies hostability. It’s because neighbours form a kind of mini community with each other, we sometimes share food, hangout together, watch TV, play cards, chicken fight,… In Vietnam we have a saying: “Distant relatives are less important than nearby neighbours”. It’s part of the culture. However in some modern neighborhood you wouldn’t see something like this which is kinda sad. Of all cultural traditions, I think this is one of the saddest ones to see fading away.
I made a google search, it’s actually called cockfighting in English which sounds even more bizarre lmao. It’s a type of betting sport where people gather and let their roosters fight, sometimes to the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this death or when they can’t fight anymore while they bet on which one would win. The losing cock usually will be eaten There are Kinh Youtubers went to the rural areas and filmed the house of people there. It is not the same but pretty much similar manner. The action is impolite per se yet we are in the era which they film everything and every moment. Our standards of privacy keep changing every month, until someone is beaten for this, it is considered okay from the film owner’s perspective. There are two things you must distinguish legality and enforcibility. One does and it is OK doesnt mean it is legal. One conducted a false act doesnt mean he is always fined.
If your front door is wide open to the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this street and you are sitting in a chair scratching your ass right in plain view of your open door, don’t be surprised when someone walks by and sees you! To be honest, most ppl don’t care if the guy doing this is foreigner (for obvious reason that they can’t speak english). Anyway, if they have already ask to film then it’s ok, if not then rude That’s really rude. Not only did they film it but also dared to publish it online and try to make a content out of it. Disrespectful, mannerless and violation of privacy. Good thing they just passed a law last year forbidding this kind of action, hope more people will realize this soon. Maybe too much to film like that at peoples homes.. but me as a foreigner, I’m used to local people filming and pointing at me in the parks while training. They really don’t care. Sometimes they just come up to me while I’m doing pull ups and film me up close. A little bit overwhelming in the beginning, now I just enjoy it. Like it’s part of my training. Haha. I think how you guys here in Vietnam is so much on the phones and taking pictures and filming sometimes can make foreigners think they can do thinks like that… If your house’s main door is open 24/7 and everyone can see you scratching your balls while naked when they’re just passing by, it’s not that private anymore. Or when they come up and touch your skin. Living in the rural areas of VN taught me to have a thick skin. Lots of touching, pointing, grabbing or asking for a photo with you So nobody closes their door? Everything is wide open. Looks like some are little shops and some just like a street level hang out.
I think it’s because of the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this hot temperature that many houses in the alley have their door open. It’s been really hot lately in Vietnam since Tet. Total lack of respect…Filming people in their own homes, their private homes…. Doors open or not. Grow the fuck up. Then again, centre owners and TAs filming your white face 24/7 --> send the videos to the parents and noone bats an eye. Eh, 24/7? Hadn’t heard of that. Also it’s a little different if it’s on a job and part of a job you can agree to or walk from, as opposed to holding up a camera phone to a window on your residence with no warning As a foreigner married to a Viet girl, they are just damn idiots. Do they think they are filming some kind of zoo? Bloody disrespectful. In some part of my country also there are houses with direct access to the street, I’d be bloody furious if I saw some stranger idiot film the inside of my house. We would have come to the conclusion that you’re married to a Viet from the rest of the context anyway. Didnt have to mention it. Well first of all this type of content is so shallow and flat brained “wow, now you know how vietnamese people live herp derp ” I mean each episode covers the basics, but is unfortunately presented like a prison. It is missing the pulse, kindness, and beauty of Vietnam.
I was so fascinated when I walked through a hem in Binh Tanh the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this first time. Culture shock. That people would have their front rooms open, it feels like passing through a hotel corridor with no doors. I was not observing life from a distance, I was inside their Vietnamese life. It felt uncomfortable to western me, yet the inhabitants were friendly or simply took my “intrusion “ as normal. The last four years I’ve been living with my Viet wife’s family in D8, with few skinny houses as nice as the ones in the video. Not every house is open, some have front yards, no front room is air conditioned, temps never go into the 70s. I never stopped getting stared at, I don’t mind the attention. So I can understand how tourists would want to film to share that experience. In reality, besides around D1 tourist streets, I have never come across a tourist in a hem. Too bad, many would also be fascinated and touched. Invasion of privacy? Protect the fragile local’s feelings? Jeez. Vietnamese don’t need white knights. Tourists are jerks and do that everywhere in the world. So, no one in the comments has taken furtive photos? Adapt to a world where everyone takes pix of you everyday, soon electronic glasses, 3d hats and drone swarms will be normal.
If you do that you just a piece of shit whidout respect. Just still at your home country if you act like that . It is fucking rude to do that. I feel disturbed and angry if someone does filming without asking for my consent. Utterly disrespectful. Some things require common sense. Not everything needs to be filmed. Walk around, look in the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this homes and experience the moment but don’t film it. I am OK with that, as long as I am wearing proper clothes. If I don’t want filming, I will close the windows and door. My respectful side is telling me, don’t be an ass and just film food stalls or things that are focused on drawing your attention on purpose. When I visited, I barely used my phone with photos besides tourist attractions or when I found some killer food at a random stall and took a photo to remember the place. I was too busy enjoying talking to locals and taking in the views to worry about all that. I draw the line at filming people’s homes. My brother did film our father’s old home where he grew up though a while back. That was the only exception. Otherwise, I would personally never advertently film a stranger’s home. This question should be asked to the foreigner who made this video. If they do this in their own country they’ll get shot.
Many of these YouTubers are using hidden cameras, or at least a camera that is not hand held, and doesn’t draw attention. I found this glimpse in to everyday life interesting, but invasive. Looks like something the Just a teacher who loves Baltimore Ravens shirt and I love this douche bag American youtuber here in HCMC would do. Can’t remember his name but it’s a take off from Bald and Bankrupt. He’s not even smart enough to come up with an original name. These people are a virus. Looks like something the douche bag American youtuber here in HCMC would do. Can’t remember his name but it’s a take off from Bald and Bankrupt. He’s not even smart enough to come up with an original name. These people are a virus. lol I actually commented on this original TikTok saying that’s creepy af. Guess I wasn’t the only one who thought that.
