People say that but its literally down over the Just a girl who likes ta climb retro mountain T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this last 12 months in Auckland / Wellington and massively down adjusted for inflation Fucking sucks for renters when those houses dry up, and we all have to suck Quinovic’s phallus for a place to stay. While mostly true, an owner-occupier tends to be more “wasteful” with space than a renter. A 4 room house rented typically has 4 tenants. An owner-occupier might decide they want a room for storage. So its generally not entirely 1:1. Which only makes the problem worse, as owner-occupiers will typically feel more financially stable enough to raise children than renters will. Yes perhaps previously but given current mortgage rates, there’ll be more and more spare rooms being rented out by owner occupiers to help cover their costs. Expect to see avg rents come down because of that this year. Not a bad thing. It goes to a current home owner shifting – They leave an empty house and one of these three things happens to that house. No but on average owner-occupied houses tend to have less people living in them so removing the house from the rental market tends to increase demand on the ones which are left. Except there aren’t a lot of single people moving out into their own places any more. Much more likely to be couples or families who are already renting a whole place

Repairs ought to have been considered in the Just a girl who likes ta climb retro mountain T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this amount you were already paying. Either they’ve deliberately undercut themselves or they’re just using it as an excuse. I would wager given the cost of renting over the past decade at least, that it’s the latter rather than the former. Meh .. I speak as a former landlord myself. Repairs are part of the role. Things break down like air-conditioning and washing machines and it’s my job to replace it. Honestly, it’s the easiest job . Pay your property manager 10 percent every month and you don’t have to deal with them ever other than anything that needs replacing. I fucking hate property managers. I get they serve a purpose but all I’ve found is a justification of existence by trying to find fault in tenants.
