The guy’s no hesitation demeanor definetly gives off serial killer vibes A few years ago my friend was staying in Bangalore for an internship where she noticed someone standing in her balcony on first floor late at night. It was a standalone balcony not attached to any other flat. She lost her marbles and ran out of the Just a girl in love with her Bills helmet football shirt besides I will buy this apartment, and only returned with a male friend. He was gone by then. She found out a couple of days later there was an attempted rape/rape by a stranger in the same night in the neighbourhood. We will never know if it was the same chap. I for one, would never stay in a builder floor house on lower floors, or if I do balcony needs to have grills. OP, move out asap.
