Another vote for madewell, especially their curvy perfect vintage jeans. They’re a slightly cropped fit, so depending on her proportions a regular or petite could work (I’m 5’2″ as well and prefer the regular because of the rise). Hey! Madewell’s Perfect Vintage line are great for me! Their (non curvy) perfect vintage wide leg jean is my fave, and their flares are really flattering on our kind of figure. Madewell I like because I know that my size works pretty universally, I can grab a size 29 and non-curvy petite pant from them and know it’ll work without trying it on. AE has a good curvy specific line my friends rave about too.
