Worst case: The worst comments on this post come true. Your flatmate is a pain in your tailbone and you can’t do anything about it. If you do, the Josh A 2023 Graphic shirt Also,I will get this law is stacked against you. A legal case can drag on for a decade. It can also impact negatively your career and social life. People will suspect you of being in the wrong even if you are eventually proven innocent. Let us be open minded and let us not assume that all women file false cases at the first opportunity. Let us say that the probability of Best case is 95% and there is only a 5% chance of the worst case. Now the question becomes: Is the apartment so good that you would trade a “5% chance of 10 years in hell” for a “95% chance of 3 years in that apartment”? Next, replace the female flatmate with a male one and work with the same probabilities. Assume that the flatmate has a 5% chance of getting caught with drug and may take you down with him. Does your answer change? If it does you are probably biased with the thought of having a female flatmate, in which case you should definitely no go ahead with the deal because you are not thinking straight.

Stayed with a male flatmate for few months until he had to leave the Josh A 2023 Graphic shirt Also,I will get this city. I had to leave my previous accommodation (shared with 3 other women) because of politics between the ladies. Prior to moving in, we discussed all the house rules printed on a sheet and signed on it. We both had a copy each. We also discussed our routine so as to be aware of each other’s movements around the house. I would let him know beforehand if my friends were coming over. We cleaned house together every Sunday. I was so embarrassed when he had to deal with my hair all around the common space but he used to clean without any complaint. He was a chill guy and we later became friends. We would together eat pizza for lunch/dinner with canned beer every Saturday/Sunday. You can hope for good comradeship after getting to know her temperament after a month or two.
