Whatever makes the Jordan Pickford smoke caricature shirt and I love this scale go down and is sustainable! Fuck a specialized diet when a lifestyle change is actually a sustainable way to live. Keep it up! Whenever you get to your point that you consider close to ideal, that’s probably the lifestyle you will be holding down. After over analyzing my weight for 10+ years I’m finally within ~15 pounds of what I might consider ideal and I basically gauge my diet and exercise based on how I’m feeling. If I’m feeling low energy I’ll exercise more and eat cleaner You’ve lost 90 pounds? OMG, that’s amazing. And you’ve kept it off and kept going! You have so much to be proud of. Heck, this internet stranger is so proud of you. You did really well. A lot of people who set themselves a tough target find they can’t sustain it. Then they regain more than they lost. You’re doing great man. What I tell people is that when it comes to losing a large amount of weight there’s no reason to rush it. Unless you have an immediate medical necessity of course. Being and getting healthy is a long term commitment to yourself. Doing it too fast is not only detrimental to your health it will typically lead to impossible food habits that will only bring the weight back in the long run. I lost about 75 pounds over the course of 2 years and it was slow with a lot of ups and downs but now I know alot more about exercise and proper diet. I know how much I’m allowed to slack off before it becomes a problem and such.

Your progress is f…ing amazing. Losing 90 pounds, on any timeline, is amazing. The fact that you’ve kept losing weight for 2 years is great, and makes it likely you will eventually reach your weight goal, and keep it. 90 lbs in 2 years probably puts you at least in the Jordan Pickford smoke caricature shirt and I love this most effective 10 % of people trying to lose weight. I’m sure there’s people losing it faster, most are losing it slower (even proportionally, not just nominally) and most overall aren’t losing any at all. If people trying to lose weight adhered to your plan forever we’d have no fat people. The trick to most weight loss plans is sustainability. If you can live like you are now in perpetuity you’ll do better than many people who dropped it fast and gained it right back. No matter how long it took you, 100 pounds is a lot of weight to lose and you should be insanely proud of yourself!
