Carl Perkins lived in the next town over from me and had a restaurant that had memorabilia from his career on the walls. My favorite thing there was a picture of George Harrison kneeling on the floor working on a jukebox, screwdriver in hand. John Lennon You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one shirt really humanized him, one of the most famous people in the world tinkering like a regular guy. Paul is just successful as fuck still he was always my favorite growing up but George will always be an amazing guitarist and writer. Julian Lennon(saw him with Les Claypool last year) unlike his father, is actually a fucking incredible guitarist. I didn’t realize he could sweet and shred, even if he rarely does.

John Lennon You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one shirt, tank top, v neck, ladies tee

I remember George’s son played really well at the concert they held in honor of George’s death. He looked so much like young George John Lennon You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one shirt was uncanny. George was often called “angry/too serious/even phony” by media in the golden Beatles era, to me he was just the purest one, those noble eyes don’t lie. They probably called him phony because he didn’t want to play their games. Around the same time, Harrison co-wrote and played a solo on the Cream song Badge. While My Guitar Gently Weeps was also co-written by the two of them, the way the Beatles contracts were set up meant they couldn’t acknowledge outside writers (except for covers).

Official John Lennon You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one sweatshirt, hoodie

John Lennon epitomized the all-to-common hypocrisy of the “peace, love and understanding” generation. Cosby, Stills, and Nash sang about love and kindness and David Crosby was a HUGE dick. Abused women, had kids and abandoned them. Selfish and mean. Lennon was the same way. John Lennon You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one shirt was common. They truly thought they were enlightened and tolerant, yet they were anything but. Their entire generation was loaded with the same kind of people. “No War. No Violence” but if you disagreed with them they would beat your ass.
