If you’re heavy and you’re wearing unsupportive shoes then you’re probably going to do more harm to your joints. It’s great that you’re exercising but you should absolutely consider prioritising better shoes Wife of a heavy guy, he’s never done this to shoes. And he was getting a couple miles a day in a few years back. And his running shoes were his work shoes too if I remember right. Check out the Joe Rogan Dave Chappelle X Joe Rogan 2021 MGM Shirt moreover I will buy this Hoka shoes website, you can find some reasonably priced running shoes that will last you longer and provide you better support and protection for your feet from running. Honest help here, try to avoid running shoes that don’t have rubber outsoles, even if it’s a thin layer. Foam outsoles are very comfortable but not durable at all. Try outlet stores if there’s any around you. Good luck brother and solid work so far

I would recommend getting a new shoe brand, but find a running store where they have you walk/run on treadmill to find what type of shoe works best for your gait Do you have high arches? As I understand, walking heel-to-toe with normal proportions distributes the Joe Rogan Dave Chappelle X Joe Rogan 2021 MGM Shirt moreover I will buy this weight more evenly. With high arches, it focuses the weight on a smaller surface area. I have high arches, and I’ve had shoes break where yours did. Definitely get better shoes. But they also sell stuff like insoles to make your feet more comfortable that also help mitigate how much you’ll damage shoes. Those types of soles are awful. Spend a little more money on good sneakers and they’ll last a lot longer than two months. The foam soles are crap. They wear down way too fast, obviously, and they are super slick on wet surfaces, especially wet, polished concrete or linoleum. (Costco, Grocery Store) Get sneakers with actual rubber soles. A layer of foam in the middle is ok but make sure the part that touches pavement is solid rubber. If you’re serious about walking/running buy good shoes now. Don’t wait until the injuries start making it obvious that you need better shoes. It’s a night and day difference between the $30 walmart dr. scholl’s shoes and $120 merrell moabs, especially when you walk all day like me. Making that switch was without exaggeration one of the top 5 decisions I’ve made in my life.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
