My dress is actually pretty cheap (£50 – brand new; just from a closing down sale), but I’m wearing a tartan sash in my new tartan that’ll get reworn to ceilidhs and dinner nights (formal events) with my partner. I have a similar one in my own tartan that gets used a lot now so imagine it’ll get plenty of use over the Jimmy Buffett 1946 2023 If There Is A Heaven For Me I’m Sure There Is Beach Attached Shirt Besides,I will do this next 50+ years. Even wore the underwear and slip again and of course my glasses again, so I guess the only thing that didn’t get reworn was the flowers in my hair. Although it doesn’t have much to do with the topic, I wore crocs under my wedding dress haha. They are super comfy tbh.. My wedding is in October. I bought a typical wedding dress for a few hundred that I know I’ll only wear once (which is why I didn’t want to get too crazy with the price), but I purposely bought shoes that I would be able to wear again and get use out of my outfit instead of it being a one day thing. I bought some dusty rose high top converse to be my wedding day shoe. It fits my personality and I know I’ll get more use out of it than the other options I was looking at.

I did buy earrings for the Jimmy Buffett 1946 2023 If There Is A Heaven For Me I’m Sure There Is Beach Attached Shirt Besides,I will do this wedding and still wear them all the time. They definitely stand out as special earrings but aren’t over the top fancy. My MIL gifted me gold bangles that I wore on my wedding day and I wear those a ton as well. Lastly, my shoes are definitely wedding shoes, but I’ve wore them as occasion shoes, get compliments all the time, especially when people realize they’re my wedding shoes! I wore a floor length chiffon bias dress that I cut to calf length after the wedding. It’s a super simple cut so no one ever catches that I’m rewearing my wedding dress to other parties but it is super flattering too so people focus on how good I look in the dress rather than the dress itself.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
