Take a look at my other comment. YouTube doesn’t have anything on him. Anyone can send a cease and desist it doesn’t mean it holds any power. Like how Taylor Swift send one to that flight tracker guy. Its just YouTube or more likely an inexperienced worker thought they were handling some small unknown group of students or enthusiasts and not a guy who can use millions in court case if it ever reached there Cease and desist is just the Jesus is The Reason for The Season Christian Faith Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this legal way of asking someone to stop doing something. So of course anyone can do that. And you don’t have complete information. At least watch the video. The CaD was for infringing api laws. And you know what, they don’t even use YouTube’s API. So that’s a moot point. And why would they or we care about YouTube revenue. YouTube cannot go against add blockers on web browsers why should it be able to do it here?

And if they really think that it was hurting them bad and they had a legit case against them. YouTube or Google would have removed the Jesus is The Reason for The Season Christian Faith Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this app from the Play store. They are going after loose change and make no mistake they are doing so because they are petty. Would you think the same people who disabled add revenue for rossman (who is an independent repair shop owner) would care about working together with these people so YouTube can play adds on grayjay? They are feeling embarassed. They disabled his add revenue by being petty, why should he care? Would you? There is no case, nada. All this does in the end is benefit users. AND it benefits YouTube by increasing engagements. But they and you don’t see the point so that’s moot as well I just said it should have been expected he would receive Cease and Desist, because his service obviously goes against YouTube’s terms of service.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
