These are a type of medicine which only a hospital doctor can subscribe you. And when they do, it’s 100% free of charge to pick it up at the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this pharmacy. It is a good thing for you that Americans pay like this for drugs. It subsidizes the development of your drugs and our pain is your gain. We subsidize the worldwide price. If we ever get free drugs the price worldwide would skyrocket because there will be no other source to pay for them — someone else’s taxes or price will have to accommodate. All the money from US drugs doesn’t head in so a scammers pocket you know. Why did you open it if it wasn’t your name on the package? You’re kind of an asshole for stealing someone’s cancer meds. 266 more repliesEven If the Mail is delivered to wrong address your not allowed to open it. Same with parcels. Its a federal crime. Congratulations

I thought medication deliveries required a signature? They don’t just drop it by the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this door and leave. Maybe the delivery person didn’t feel like waiting around for a signature, and signed it instead… Seems like there’s a lot of general hate towards the cost of drugs and a lot of assumptions are made the pharma companies are gouging consumers. From the top comment, this is an extremely specific dug with very small number of eligible patients. There absolutely is gouging on the pharma industry but not in all cases. Development of a single drug from discovery to FDA approval takes 10-12 years on average and close to $1B. that doesn’t include the drug discovery costs which are a fortune and hard to measure. But we can thank the biotech and pharma industries for making cancers that were basically a death sentence 40 years ago to having extremely high remission rates. that includes most prominently breast cancer. also a HIPPA violation if addressed to the rightful patient. call the pharmacy number on the prescription label unless it is a neighbor yo can hand deliver to
So, you opened up someone’s mail (illegal), didn’t bring it to them, and put it in your fridge? Maybe it’s a sign, asstractor, since this is for colorectal cancer. Chemo drugs are so f’n expensive. And this one, according to the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this interwebs, only extends your life by 7.1-10.8 months on average. According to in The Netherlands, or €2385 for 60. Still an aweful lot of money for a cancer medicine, but a lot less than what you say. OP appears to be here in America, where the cost is $4,000+ for a 20 tablets. There are 60 in the box pictured. some mail carrier was lazy as fuck, those types of meds almost always require a signature…as one myself, i hate nothing more than lazy carriers, and signing FOR someone is also unlawful im pretty sure I once had the wrong prescription given to me at a pharmacy and only noticed because they wanted like $2000 for the copay (my normal script was $5). I remember telling them they’d made a mistake and the tech ringing me up argued with me like I was wrong. Is there any information on who delivered it or what pharmacy it came from? I would start there trying to find out how to return it or post it on your local Nextdoor page to see if anyone is missing it.

So awful. UPS once said it delivered my lorlatanib ($25,000/ month cancer med) but I’d been home all day and nothing was left on the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this porch. I checked with all my neighbors and then started visiting every house in the neighborhood with my number address. I was so happy to find it on a person’s porch a few streets away after a couple hours of searching. Please call and return the medicine. That is someone’s life you are messing with in keeping it. You truly are in control of life and death with holding them. I pray you will choose life and the light of Jesus. Mistakes are only human in case of the deliveryservice but accepting prescripted medication that’s not for you should be a crime. Why did you even accept it? I doubt they will leave prescripted medication of that value outside the front door if you weren’t home.
As someone who has experience with specialty drugs it’s probably bad now. They usually have to be kept at a specific temperature or range and used at a very specific interval from delivery to have maximum effectiveness. I haven’t read all of the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this comments so someone may have mentioned this already, but there is a good chance the patient got this for free. There is a $0 cost assistance program for people who cannot afford this through their insurance. $17K may be the “retail” price but the price negotiated through the insurance is much lower. This is the case for many brand name medications. The high retail price is often a game the manufacturers play with insurers so they can feel they get a great deal when they negotiate a huge “discount.” yeah i have prescribed that one, not even a biological, is a chemotherapy, now used with bevacizumab for metastatic colon cancer… the price looks weird, i think is around 3000-4500usd per month in my country.
Judge Thomas has been playing fast and loose with the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this ethics rules. Mostly from taking “gifts” from rich people, but also for not recusing himself from January 6th matters – since his wife helped organize the thing If I get a “gift” worth more than $5 as an insurance agent, I run the risk of losing my license. The fuck do I have more oversight than a supreme court justice!? Exactly. I have to fill out forms every year where i must declare if i own any stock in companies related to my field or if I’ve accepted a gift over $50 in value. I’m in a position that has zero influence/decision making power in how contracts are fulfilled. Insane. When I became assistant manager of a Hilton. I had to sign this thick ass stack of papers about not accepting gifts, money, etc. I had to tell the investors if I ate at restaurants within a certain vicinity of the hotel. All kinds of shit. Cause I guess I was in a position where I would be able to promote certain businesses if I wanted to for a kickback. And that was against the Hilton brand.
What about that guy that had early warning meetings on covid and bought toe tag and body bag stocks then voted against doing anything to stop covid? I ran a wine shop once and I couldn’t even take a free bottle from a vendor for a store tasting to see if we would carry it. A $7 bottle of wine. You should have used the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this Clarence Thomas loophole where you promise to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for the wine and then a few days later the other person forgives your debt! If it’s legal for the SC it’s fine for you! Hell, I’m a federal employee that has barely any direct links to contracts, and I can’t accept a gift greater than $10 without reporting it. Lunch’n’learns, nope. Rep sponsored events, nope. Clarence Thomas in one of the highest seats in judicial branch…..no fucks given. Fucking stupid as fuck.
And I work for the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this federal government in aviation. I’m not allowed to have any stocks in airlines, aircraft manufacturers, or companies that make any aircraft parts. My best friend is an attorney for the federal government and I think the gift limit is $25 and you have to declare it. I think she’s just a GS-13, not on the SC! I remember someone telling me that in government work, if someone were to bring in donuts or some other treat, many people would leave money, so as to not make it seem like the donuts were a gift. Used to work for the government in Supplier Quality. We were not allowed to accept a free lunch during a trip to a Suppler. If they ordered lunch for everyone for a working meeting we would leave cash. I’m fairly confident some Admin Assistants or Managers would pay with the Supplier company card for our meals and then pocket the cash.
Pretty much was always my view. I paid my $10, so I don’t get in trouble. My coworkers all saw it, so I don’t care what actually happens to it after that lol So what that means is if someone leaves a pen with me? I have to file a report with compliance, if it’s anything more, I have to find them and return it to them. I even had to turn in a branded 2gb flash drive a vendor left when doing system upgrades. Otherwise I’d have been written up for a potential conflict of interest. I don’t JUST GET TO INVALIDATE LAWS just because i feel like it, like he can. Worst I could possibly do in my position would be to get them a few hundred $ in printer ink orders. And the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this risk of that is SO HIGH I’m not allowed to get lunch paid for, but his private jet/yacht/ranch stay in Alaska? He just “forgets” to report that and all kinds of other things, and YET SUFFERS ZERO CONSEQUENCES. The Constitution says the Justices of the Supreme Court shall maintain their positions “during times of good behavior” The founding fathers didn’t really account for the idea that there wouldn’t be enough money for a person once they got into the highest positions of power. They didn’t take super yachts and cocaine into account, nor the idea that building a literal castle would be as expensive as it is today for eccentric-types or that they’d want to put it in the most expensive places to live rather than putting it on an island or in the mountains like in their time.
The founding fathers assumed that everyone who got to high levels would already be rich. They wanted only wealthy landowners to be allowed to vote and then only for other wealthy landowners. They didn’t account for the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this idea that the rich and powerful would become so lazy/complacent that they didn’t want to rule and would contract even that job out. They just assumed anyone with the money would want the power for themselves and set the entire system up to account for rampant political competition. But when 90% of the players are effectively owned by the same people there’s no incentive to compete politically other than to jockey for second or third place knowing full well not to piss off the unelected first place. It’s basically self-reinforcing. The more those in political office carry water for their “donors” the less those donors have to actually give or do in return. The primary method of clamping down on tax-the-rich style politics is done by the water carriers hoping to get a nicer bucket or pair of shoes in 10 years.
This is a huge problem in our modern world. Competence and skill that comes with education and experience isn’t that hard to obtain if you’re determined. But the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this people who are insanely wealthy are waaaaaay too lazy to pursue it. What it has meant is we are building an enormous sink hole into our civilization. People who go to private schools and elite institutions and come from wealth typically think they are too good to do anything other than be c-suite and take golfing vacations 150 days a year. They want the prestige, not the work. The people who actually want the work and have the stamina to do it are being kept back because the wealthy don’t want the competition. But someone has to do these jobs. So the elite select and pamper puppets like Clarence to fill the gap. It’s horrific. And if you want more examples of this, look at Boeing. When it was run by engineers, it was a great company. When it was run by MBAs who think they are shining idols who deserve to steal everything not bolted down… well… we just saw how that played out.
The founding fathers didn’t really account for the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this idea that there wouldn’t be enough money for a person once they got into the highest positions of power. Yes, they did. They made all our laws including the Constitution itself malleable with amendments so that future generations could add what they didn’t forsee. I don’t know why posters expect people living 300 years ago to have prophetic powers when they gave us the exact same lawmaking power they had and we choose to go “nah, fam.” every single day. I don’t want to be a dick but really? Do you think they were unaware of the East Indies trading company? The country was set up so that land owning white males would have power. Like they were well acquainted with the concept of lavish differences in wealth. Maybe I’m not understanding what you mean They also didn’t account for the ubiquity of stupidity and corruption that we have in the ruling class right now. Because you haven’t wormed your way into a position where you can make the rules. If you want to accept $5 gifts or $500,000 gifts, you should snake your way up the line until you manage the whole insurance industry, then make rules exonerating yourself but nobody else. Duh! 😛 Because conservatives believe that the more powerful a person becomes, the less accountable they are, and that his is just because else what is the point of acquiring power?
Well because agents don’t write the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this laws and rules like the government does. They’re allowed to take bribes and inside trade, but none of us can. Because the whole point is the voters are supposed to get mad if the people they vote for are corrupt. You don’t vote for the judge but you sure do vote for the people who put him there, and who refuse to impeach him. He also pulled the rug from underneath less fortunate visible minorities kids, with aspirations of going to Ivy league schools. Something he himself benefitted from I don’t know what ethics rules they’re talking about, but basic ethics tell us a judge should not be accepting gifts from people for whom that judge will potentially be voting in favor or against.
If you take a judge on an extremely expensive, all-inclusive vacation a few weeks before that judge weighs on a case you’re trying there’s a very obvious ethical dilemma. Apparently 250 years was how long it took our political and judicial leaders to realize the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this rules for ethical behavior were just gentleman’s agreements in the social contract and not actually codified anywhere. “We investigated ourselves and found nothing wrong. We wrote up some rules in case we ever decide we did find something. Problem solved.” There are rules about accepting gifts, honorarium, and outside employment, for example. Clarence Thomas reportedly complained his salary was too low and was considering retirement and then received both vehicles and financial gifts from conservative donors encouraging him to stay on the court.
It is a breach of all possible ethical standards as well as a violation of the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this wording and intent of the code of conduct. Not just taking gifts, but taking gifts from cases he is presiding over. Which is supposed to be illegal, but they just make vague excuses to justify their corruption. Lmao now that you mentioned it, my position as a public accountant has more oversight that the fucking position of supreme court justice At that point, hey may actually experience some of the BS that not-wealthy people of color have to face all the time. So… never gonna happen. I’d bet he still experiences this – I’m guessing that most people don’t recognize every supreme court justice (I don’t, though I could pick some out for sure) He prefers Walmart parking lots while traveling in his condo on wheels. Probably runs into regular people like him all the time. Actually Walmart parking lots are just logistically convenient – they’re everywhere and much of the time free to park at overnight Oliver addresses that in the episode, if they’re really his friends they shouldn’t care what job he does or doesn’t have.
What kind of a crappy lifestyle can you have when you make a measly $285,400 a year??? Surprised he’s not driving for Doordash to help make ends meet. But he won’t have the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this supreme, power, he has now. He can decide the future for hundreds of millions at the moment. He’d have to fully admit he’s just in it for money. On top of that, he’d need to forgo any and all credibility in the future. Would I take the deal? Yeah I’d take it for so much less money. I’d take a million right away and put it in solid investments. I’d live life so well within my means after that. Just a mil. But Thomas can’t take it because it would ruin both his scam and his legacy. That fucker would probably pay a million to not tarnish his own legacy. He’d pay it even in death.
You gotta remember some motherfuckers are so rich they’ll bleed money if they think people will like them. And they didn’t get that money by not pleasing people so it’s out of the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this question you’d betray them. If he took the deal and retired, who cares? His reputation is already tarnished by all the cash he rakes in from “gifts”, we all know what he’s doing, this would just be another example of him doing it again. Really, the reason he won’t take it is because he stands to gain much more from a possible Trump presidency making him into one of the most powerful men in the world. This guy is a GOP golden child, you literally just have to pay him and he’ll do anything you ask. And a Republican congress can block a perfectly good pick from going through, just like they did with Merrick Garland.
Not just that but it was rumored and confirmed Clarence demanded more for his time and more money. He also didn’t recuse himself from several cases his wife was supposedly working on without telling anyone…. oh and his wife worked with trump and supposedly knew about Jan 6 before it was gonna happen. Her messages and communications were then hidden to protect her. Edit: okay guys, I was making a half-hearted joking comment, not officially endorsing a comedian’s bit as an actually viable political strategy. Please quit taking everything so seriously. Na, Thomas’ sugar daddies will give him a call today letting him know they can beat that offer or they remind Thomas of all the Jesus Coming Out Of My Cave And I’ve Been Doing Just Fine shirt in other words I will buy this dirt they have on him that could get accidentally released if he resigned. He doesn’t have any dirt, he is just an evil human being. He is quoted as saying he wants to make liberals’ lives worse. It is his goal as a judge. He will sit on that bench until he dies a miserable death.
