A lot of bars offer soda as well as water in case you want something with a little bit more flavor and occasionally some bars will offer designated drivers soft drinks for free. Yeah, they also have a variety of sodas and juices for drnk mixing you can order by themselves, just remember to tip well “I’d like to watch sports games, purchase food and not get shitmixed drunk at a bar. Also how much is a good tip?” Yes, expecially if you pay for it. But in France for example, it is illegal to refuse it to give it for free. Anyone can enter a bar and request tap water. My favorite bar was literally 4 steps away from the Jerick McKinnon Kansas City skip shirt But I will love this rear exit of my workplace. Every day I went in, asked for water and washed down a few Excedrin Extra Strength. The water was iced and with a lemon wedge and a bar napkin and refilled and prompt, and I always slid a dollar across to the bartender. A bottle of water would have cost 1.29 at the nearby grocery, so what the hell. Where I am mixers tend to be free so I’d be drinking free coke all night working on projects because a shiza ton of noise is necessary for me to focus. That being said I’d start my night tipping the bartender $10 or $20 to make sure I didn’t get any alcohol ( water shots if someone got pushy about buying me one ) and they’d make sure I was always full and sometimes throw in some fries for me or something Yes, both my wife and I are not big drinkers at all so we do this often. Servers seems a little pissed off when you don’t want a drink because I think they expect less money but I always tip well to compensate for that lol

Obviously, as long as you pay for it why would they refuse to give it to you, some places might even give you a glass of water for free if you ask nicely I used to really like the Jerick McKinnon Kansas City skip shirt But I will love this atmosphere myself too! I miss it. I don’t drink alcohol anymore but would still go to bars/pubs if I could and if anyone wanted to go with me. But they don’t and sometimes I get too anxious so they get put off asking. Kinda wish I had friends who go and would push me a little so I will go. But no friends like that anymore. Sorry that somehow became personal and i blithered. But yeah there’s some bars/pubs with more non alcoholic options than just water. But water is fine too. All of my friends never even notice, there’s no pressure of any kind, and to anyone watching, they think that I’m getting absolutely smashed because I’ve drank 7 or 8 of them.
