Listen lady, I don’t k ow where the anesthesia went but not where you think it did cause THAT FUCKING HURTS I went to an optometrist and he said he was concerned that he was unable to get perfect vision for my right eye. He scheduled a follow-up appointment, and I showed up. I waited in the waiting room for about twenty minutes, he then went through a brief two minute vision test, said that my vision was still bad, then he charged me $40 and sent me on my way. Had my wrist broken in a car accident years ago. ER doc prescribed some pain medication and had me follow up with my GP. Had to have minor surgery to remove pins weeks later to which I was prescribed more pain meds (rightfully so). During my follow up appointments I was prescribed more pain medication and like an idiot I would take the prescription pills rather than advil or Tylenol becuase idk, not the point. The pain in my wrist never went away, eventually traveling to my arm and shoulder, neck etc unless I took the hydrocodone. When I mentioned this every three months or so I was just told I was getting old (30) and things hurt sometimes. Two years after my initial car accident I was in rehab, painfully detoxing. Not even a sorry or a whoops or a thats unfortunate from my GP. I don’t trust doctors anymore. No more than I trust car mechanics.

I had a muscle test because i felt i was missing some (due to an old surgery mistake). It turned out one and a half muscle were inactive. The docter then said to me that i would never be able to do handstand pushups (oddly specific, i know). I managed to do 20. Doctor to my teenage daughter who developed grand mal seizures and was terrified…”you’re wasting my time and this can kill you”. I’ve never forgiven him and hate him to this day. I was dealing with a bunch of random non specific symptoms for a few months and had a few appointments and tests done with my doctor. All negative everything was looking good but symptoms still there. I was waiting for someone to go over discharge notes, the door was cracked open I heard her talking shit about me. “He’s just complaining about nothing, we can do all the tests and we will eventually find something but I won’t order anymore for him” Friend has farm animals. Worms are common and the signs are pretty clear if you get them. She moved just outside the city, went to a city doctor with clear signs of worms, the doctor looked at her like she was crazy and prescribed anti anxiety meds
