Doesn’t say OP (or anyone else) was walking their dog. The fountain will still be there when it’s not as hot out, right? And whoever uses it as an ashtray doesn’t care if it’s hot or cold, I’d think. So the Ja’;Marr Chase Football Poster American T-Shirt and I love this temp at the moment of the photo is irrelevant. Honestly it’s not even crazy cost prohibitive any more and I’m seeing more and more local governments being to deploy advanced safety/security systems at places like parks. I design and integrate life safety and physical security systems for a living and my main verticals are state and local government, education, and enterprise businesses. In a public park solution like this we’ll typically deploy multiple poles that contain elements like a multisensor camera + ptz camera setup as well as a 360 active lidar system. So on each pole you have a cctv camera that uses 4 fixed lenses to provide a 360 view with a controllable ptz camera attached to it. The lidar typically above that camera setup. The lidar can collect data points by constantly mapping out the area and can be turned into 3d models so you can see things like people even if weather or lighting conditions aren’t the best for the cameras themselves. Using analytics you can use triggers like crowd detection to automatically make the ptz camera aim, focus, and track the area of interest that triggered the alert.

You can install things like code blue phone systems that let people hit a button and instantly contact 911 dispatch at the Ja’;Marr Chase Football Poster American T-Shirt and I love this touch of a button while also triggering the cameras to look at that code blue stations position. All of the data can be stored locally on a server in one of the parks electrical cabinets and connected to the rest of the cities cctv system via things like a 4g lte based modem. You can also do things like federate that video and lidar data with clever setups like vehicle based mobile servers. If you know a maintenance crew will visit a park once every two weeks for an hour or two you can put a small server on that vehicle with an omni antenna. When the vehicle pulls up the parks server starts unloading the last weeks data to the vehicles server. When the vehicle pulls back into the motor pull at the end of the day it offloads that data and footage to the systems main storage architecture at 2am when the network traffic isn’t in demand.
