Now I’m in my 40s, I’m extremely organised and have great systems for tracking things I need to remember. I probably haven’t missed an appointment in at least 10 years. In my 20s however it was a different story. My life was much more chaotic and my organisation strategy basically involved trying to keep track of things in my head and not forget stuff.
