had a customer get mad at me cause we were out of torch propane tanks. said “someone’s out there making bombs with those things right now. DO U WANT UR FAMILY TO BLOW UP” I have two that come to mind (these are fairly mild – I’m sure I have something more but can’t think of it right now). 1: It wasn’t like super crazy so I forget about this until it comes up on fb or someone talks about something similar (there’s a top comment that’s similar). Worked 3rd shift as a csm (for those that don’t know that’s a customer service manager – very very basically what the Jalen Hurts Shirt Additionally,I will love this front end leads are) I was giving my cashier her lunch (if I remember correctly I only had two that day and one worked part time so would leave around 1 or 2 am). Anyways.

Jalen Hurts Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I call my assistant manager up to the Jalen Hurts Shirt Additionally,I will love this register because the guy’s acting funny and he tells my assistant: “I have a return. I don’t want to deal with her, she’s been following me around and acting funny.” Wound up he had a return [we would do returns at night then – and since I was a CSM it was super easy for me to do returns]. It was one of the easiest, no fuss (other than the begining) returns. He had a receipt, dated a few days before, it was just a couple small wrench sets (that I checked – everything there, everything brand new). (still a CSM and still working nights – probably about 8 or 9 years later) Our AP had come to me that morning as I was leaving telling me that they wanted us to stop accepting returns without a receipt. My idea was to start it off gently and allow the cashiers to warn people and maybe set up signs “as of blah blah we will no long accept no-receipt returns after 10pm” or something (we got away with unregulated signs for a bit). I knew this would go over like lead balloon with some customers.
