I’m all for people owning their own firearms. I’m even okay with AR15s still being legal, maybe “grandfathered” legal. I’m 100% okay with logical gun laws (one example that is not logical to me is preclusion from owning a firearm for marijuana use.), red flag laws, and just legitimate tries at getting this shit under control. But raffles after mass shootings is bottomfeeder-human shit. Everyone involved, the Jacques Patrick San Francisco 49ers Running Back Shirt Also,I will get this raffle-holders and those buying tickets. Their moral compass is so fucked up id be surprised if they found their way back to the parking lot. I grew up with guns and don’t hate them but I abhor gun culture. It’s toxic and the worst elements control the narrative. That control pulls people deeper into the fear/anger cycle because it’s good for business. Gun culture has become an absolute sickness and it drives endless violence. Ive hardly ever seen anyone argument to take the guns away, vast majority of times it is to make stricter laws which are as we know pretty darn loose around

Doesn’t require taking guns, but honestly a lot of people that currently have guns shouldn’t. Registration and regulation would work specially if we were able to apply it federally. The people who shouldn’t have guns will work themselves out of ownership over time having grown up with a lot of those people (from Louisiana). Cool down laws for purchasing and one recommendation from a gun club or shooting range willing to vouch for you. National databases that every state uses for red flag laws-so people can’t get around them by going to other states. Require when a gun is lost/stolen, it must be reported to the Jacques Patrick San Francisco 49ers Running Back Shirt Also,I will get this police along with information on the weapon (only 11 states currently do this). Create laws that actual punish people that provide guns to people not supposed to have them-especially children. Laws to secure firearms when not in use (only 18 states currently do this). Out of the reach of anyone under 18 (only 34 states currently do this). Red flag laws that are actually enforced (varies currently between counties and parishes wither LEO will enforce if the state has laws). Create laws that specifically target gun thieves and straw purchasers that are supplying the black market (former is unable to enforce in most cases because firearms owners are not required to register or report guns stolen… and the latter doesn’t exist in most states).
