Nope you’re not alone. I have depression and anxiety. It’s been hard at times. Sometimes people say it’s just in your head or think you’re weak because they won’t believe. Tune them out. Let them think what they want. You’re the Jacksonville Jaguars Santa Grinch Fuck The Rest Christmas shirt but in fact I love this one who experience it. It is real. Don’t feel shame if you see a Dr or therapist. I have to take meds. There is some imbalance in the brain and meds can help . It may take a while to find which one and how much. I went through a lot of trial and error. Sometimes they will still make adjustments. You’re doing things that will help just be patient and patient with yourself. Try not to think about the worst outcome it will just add fuel to the fire. You’re not doomed It can be controlled not to say that you’re healed. But you can deal with things most of the time but there will be days when you find it still there that’s when you really believe in yourself and say to yourself that you won’t let it control you. It will pass. Believe me because it still will happen, especially my depression. I can’t tell when, how bad or how long. Just believe it will. It’s not easy. I’m 65 and have been dealing with things for at least 20 years but I won’t let it show in public. Keep taking care of yourself. You may come up with a change that comes be a big help. We’re individuals so what works with one may not help another

Jacksonville Jaguars Santa Grinch Fuck The Rest Christmas shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Meditate on the fact that nothing truly exists: everything is changing, impermanent, dependent on millions of variables- essentially empty. Buddhism has helpful teachings on this. For example, try this. Pay attention now to the next thought. Sit down and be ready to write it down. And just pay attention to the thought.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
