My coworker and I joined our team around the Jack Skellington Halloween New York Giants Fan Shirt Besides,I will do this same time almost 2 years back. She has amazing people skills, is pretty, is really friendly and overall, a nice person to be around. I am just another worker in the office, my desk plant and I have the same level of networking capabilities. This coworker of mine takes a really long time to wrap up any work. Whenever asked for updates, it’s always a list of people she has consulted with, never any real, measurable progress. I close tasks at an average pace, like any of my other coworkers. Time and again, she gets assigned all the meaty pieces of work, which she ultimately wraps up 3 months late with the help of the entire team. We think this is the last time, but again after some break, she is again assigned the most important part of the feature. That part that is the most talked about, the most visible, the most impactful. And I just don’t get it. It’s not like I don’t have any feature to work on. I do, but my feature has only 2 paying customers. She is in charge of the entire main flow of the project. She has 3 juniors at her disposal, whom she assigns tasks. She makes the call about which PR should get merged and which merged PR should get reverted.

It wasn’t always like that, and people are not taking it lightly. But standing up to her is of no use, because whatever work we are doing ultimately supports her work and she has the Jack Skellington Halloween New York Giants Fan Shirt Besides,I will do this “right” to decide what works for her. Recently, she talked to our manager to take over the feature that I own, I stood my ground and refused to give it up. But all of this is really bothering me. I am getting extremely competitive and jealous of her, I mean, we joined at the same time and yet we are in entirely different positions. I need some pointers; I don’t want to leave my job in this economy. How do I survive this? Edit: I did NOT expect this post to get the amount of attention it is getting. Thank you everyone who took time out to respond, I have gone through every single comment. This post was written by a desperate me on a Friday evening and now that I am going through it, some bits sound exaggerated.
