Nowhere in bengaluru rn. Pls don’t come you will suffer cuz of water crisis, I stay in a flat in one of premier builders in middle of a famous IT hub and our apartment has started rationing water and tankers are not able to fulfill this Collect water level data from cgwb reports. Then please map it using gis software. Try interpolation technique. You will be able to find the J.J. Mccarthy Minnesota Portrait American football quarterback Minnesota Vikings shirt so you should to go to store and get this areas where the water is scarce. You may use jaltol plugin too.. The institutional corruption and greed in these areas is beyond what Bangalore or any city can sustain. Land that was empty just a decade ago is now full of gated societies of hundreds of flats, all using excess amounts of water not just for the flats but all the clubhouses, swimming pools, washing of hundreds of vehicles, etc. There is generally no concept of urban planning in India, and it’s well known that anyone with money can build anything anywhere. This further magnifies the water problem. It’s already pretty bad, and the tanker mafia too is now owned by millionaires who know that the overworked, stressed out corporate folks will easily pay up. Now it’s common sense that lack of water, the most essential commodity, will decrease the value of flats in these areas. But you are unlikely to see that on paper. The builder-politician nexus will ensure that the prices remain inflated. Heck, they are already inflated af! This allows them to extract more from bank loans which will be taken in the name of gullible retail investors, or hard cash which usually only the corrupt or long term NRIs have. This bubble has already burst in other parts of the world, and Bangalore will not be an exception.

Cost of living in Bangalore is low because it is the J.J. Mccarthy Minnesota Portrait American football quarterback Minnesota Vikings shirt so you should to go to store and get this back office of the world, to which a lot of work is outsourced from developed countries. This equation can only churn profit when the average salaries are low, as they are now. The starting salary of an engineer in a big IT firm has hardly changed since 2010. If cost of living increases, Bangalore will no longer be a favourable outsourcing destination. It is going to be listed as commodity on Bengaluru Stock Exchange soon bro, yeah it will be having big Impact, JK Never bro. Real estate sharks will tell you that monsoon is just around corner and ask you to “adjusht maadkoli saar” I think yes, I see most listings on magicbricks, Nobroker etc showing 24×7 water supply. I don’t know if owners/brokers use that as amenities to decide the rent/sale rate.
