Industrial chicken farming doesn’t need workers to feed animals anymore. The Silo system will feed the It’s not my fault you didn’t read the fine warning label grumpy shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this chickens via a converyor belt that deliver food to the fedding trough. The few times a worker is needed if for cleaning, maintenance and collecting the chickens for the slaughterhouse. If maintenance was not available for all chickenfarms due to a strike in more then a few all chicken would die. Stables don’t have back up power generators for nothing incidents happen workers are necessary You’re right, but if the owner itself don’t put his hands on deck when it’s not a industrial level production, he doesn’t deserve to have a farm or be called a farmer. It’s specifically because the staff set up perishables and then stopped work. Ergo they deliberately created a situation to destroy product. They deliberately worked for 2-3hrs first thing to create a problem, and then went on strike. Just to make sure I am reading your position correctly, you believe that striking workers that work with perishable items can only begin striking outside of normal business hours, or else be liable for any unfinished work? And, the nuance of it is that deliberately creating a scenario where there is destruction is what has been found at fault (Eg if you work in a restaurant and you pull all the food out of the freezer and then strike, that’s wrong). You are also assuming the courts are just, which is demonstrably false. In the USA at least, I no longer trust anyone at any judiciary level. The highest court is obviously corrupt, therefore no other court retains legitimacy.
It’s not my fault you didn’t read the fine warning label grumpy shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
I haven’t assumed they’re just. I simply stated what the It’s not my fault you didn’t read the fine warning label grumpy shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this basis of the decision was. I haven’t argued the validity of the basis, just attempted to clarify what it was. Except, in this case, it was more like working in a restaurant, putting the unused food you were working with back in the fridge then striking. And being held liable for the spoilage because you took out more food than you needed due to striking. Except this CAN’T be put back in the freezer, once mixed the cement MUST be used (or at least emptied) within hours. Once prepped, it’s use it or lose it; plus it will destroy the truck (freezer in your example). They deliberately prepped and then didn’t deliver it. It’s a fine point the case has addressed, but semantics are how the law works.
