Portugal decriminalized personal use of all drugs in the It’s Not Hoarding If It’s Guitars shirt In addition,I will do this early aughts. They had like a 90% decline in HIV (from needle sharing), quartered their number of heroin addicts, and have the lowest OD rate in all of the western world, 1/50th of the US rate per capita.
