I got monetised last year. Currently at 2600 subs. On average that grows around 200 subs per month. Video length is circa 8-10 mins. 1-2 videos per week. Gaming channel. A lot of work goes into this channel but I never did it for the It’s fine i’m fine everything is fine cat draw shirt but in fact I love this money and I doubt it ever get above 100k subs (would love to!). Fact is I do this because I enjoy it. I felt my brain was going to mush in Covid and I wanted to do something creative and wish I started it back then. But the itch never went away. youtube is one of three revenue streams i use to support myself. i’m grateful i can make a little bit of income from my work on youtube. Absolutely! Starting out as a content creator is a fantastic idea! It’s a fun and dynamic field where you can express yourself creatively while also exploring new opportunities for income. However, it’s important to be realistic about what to expect. Being a content creator can potentially provide a good source of income, but it’s not a guaranteed cash cow. Your success will depend on various factors like the It’s fine i’m fine everything is fine cat draw shirt but in fact I love this kind of content you create, how good it is, how consistent you are, and your ability to connect with and grow your audience. Building a loyal following takes time and effort, so don’t expect instant fame and fortune. Keep in mind that the world of content creation is super competitive. There are tons of people out there vying for attention, so standing out can be tough. But don’t let that discourage you! If you bring a unique perspective, passion, and put in the work, you can carve out your own niche and find success.
