It’s not usual, but not uncommon. Competitive sport shooters can go through that much in a month. Typical gun owners that practice regularly will buy cases of 1000 rounds at a time. I’ve bought ~10,000 rounds in a single purchase, but mostly because it was a bargain on vintage ammo no longer in production. 4000 rounds is basically a weekend in the It’s Fall Y’all Thanksgiving Cat Pumpkins shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this woods camping with 3 people and 3 firearms, shooting for a few hours a day. Really not that many, in recreational terms. You will absolutely go through about 50 rounds in about 15 minutes at the range. You go for 2 hours… that’s 400 rounds. You take 3 people, 1200 rounds. See how fast it goes? Practically nobody of substance is against the second amendment. Practically everyone who is vocal about gun control just wants common sense legislation gun controlsurrounding gun control. There is nobody in America who thinks that letting anyone own guns is a bad idea? I’m not American (though I lived there), and I certainly think putting an article in a constitution of this kind is a terrible idea.

No, most Americans are ok with the It’s Fall Y’all Thanksgiving Cat Pumpkins shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this idea of allowing private citizens to own guns; but also it’s very popular if an idea that training and permits etc. should also be required to do so. “I’m not against the Second Amendment,” he said, “but just with my conscience, I can’t sell it because, I don’t know who it’s going to affect and hurt.” Plenty without a conscience are salivating at the thought of one less competitor. Do not rely on individuals to make the change. Force it, now If it weren’t a financial hit to the shop owners, I wonder how many would willing sell these guns back to the government to free themselves of these weapons? Which mass shooting was the one that pushed him over the edge? There’s been so many so I’m curious which one of the hundreds was the one where he said, “Well damn, maybe I shouldn’t be financially aligned with the widespread distribution of guns in this country if all these guns just end up killing a bunch of innocent people and children.” Not to diminish the good gesture, but what was different from all the other mass shootings that involved children? I met a guy that was in the military at my previous job. Brought up a few stories about being in the middle east. He said after his tour he was a gun instructor and also worked at a gun store. Said he got out cause he straight feared for his life. Nobody had trigger discipline. People would open carry into his store and handle the guns in front of him. No thanks lol It’s the right sentiment but holy hell the ADHD script/editing of this package is frustrating. So many sound bytes cherry-picked into the writing/voiceovers. It’s a good story just let the man talk and let it breathe
