This happend only once and i was completely baffled to the Itchy Tasty Z Resident Evil shirt moreover I love this point i could only laugh and ask the customer to leave the permises. I worked from 8:30h- 20:30h sometimes up until 21h depending on the time of the month. I was alone this was 1 hour before closing the ticket stand. A black women and a small child approached the ticket asking if i could give her a free ticket since they lost their wallet, after discussing what happened she kept avoiding providing me details of the wallet or any description so i could call one of the buses and investigate the missing wallet with other bus drivers (we had a specific phone number to call) so after discussing what happend, i cant just simply provide a free ticket its not cheap and the cost would end up being charged from my register funds ( each employee has a specific ammount if funds they need to keep tabs every month for the finances to match).

The customer was all fidgety and the Itchy Tasty Z Resident Evil shirt moreover I love this kid was always asking questions about a lot of things which is normal i dont mind even gave him one of the tourist brochures since he liked the cartoons on it.The customer then mentioned “please give a ticket i think i can see the bus now!” i was like “im sorry mam unfortunately i cannot just simply provide you with a free ticket if you cannot even explain to me where you lost your wallet, im trying to help you but saying you dont remember and trying to rush me wont get you anywhere, i have various phone lines i can try to see if there was any wallet found in the buses or even if you lost them near our bus stops we can try and search for it” She then proceeds to yell at me through the glass ” you just dont want to give me a ticket because me and my son ARE BLACK ( this was not in english the word used was unfortunately harsher) ” i was like “im sorry where did that came from? You do realise that both the booth you are talking in has both cameras and records sounds right? Where precisely did i mentioned anything regarding your ethnicity or race?! Im sorry but this is not a normal behaviour from an a adult specially acompanying a small child!” She spend 20 minutes throwing her purse and random shit at the glass window almost hitting the child in the process. His mother went to the middle of the road and laid down screaming that i was a racist and that i have assaulted her… luckily for me besides the cameras one of our security officers approached her and had to detain her until she calmed down.
