You could flavor the ocean like a bowl of ramen like others have said, but it’s also questionable if you need to go that far; if all you want to do is generally flavor the ocean then you don’t need to fully saturate it with seasoning packets but then it becomes a question of when the taste is detectable.. it’s kind of like asking what shade between blue and green stops being blue and starts being green. You’d have to do an experiment to see how much you can water down ramen juice before it’s not what you considered taste changed, possibly between 1-2 gallons if I had to guess.. then you can cut down the amount of packets as other people have already done the math on I think it would at most decrease the value by a single order of magnitude. 1/10th of the packet in a standard amount of water would be noticeable but 1/100th, added in with the saltiness of the water already would be impossible to detect. Now that people have done the math, how many ramen flavouring packets actually exist today? Like is it even close to the number needed?
