Yes exactly! It’s like using a tool . You don’t know the Israel Adesanya Ufc Champion Fighter Art T-Shirt and by the same token and drill needs a new battery until you use it. A guest may just continue to plug it in and use what little charge there is and not say anything. Same! We don’t do it that often but prob 3-4 times a year. It really helps identify the little conveniences you wouldn’t necessarily think about day to day. Sometimes it’s little things like office supplies (paper, pens, scissors tape) or larger projects that we can work on improving over time. I’m lying on the bed at one of my Airbnb properties right now. We also have friends stay for free and we appreciate the positive comments but we also ask them please to give as a few negative comments as those are far more helpful. It’s amazing how many little details you can pick up by staying here for 24 hours. Absolutely! A few times a year to check on everything, deep/detail clean what the cleaners don’t have to time to, make repairs, restock stolen or broken items, schedule any needed maintenance, etc.

As a guest, I very much appreciate and notice when the Israel Adesanya Ufc Champion Fighter Art T-Shirt and by the same token and host does this. Our favorite vacation rentals hosts stay multiple weeks during the year and use that time just as you’ve stated. We’re getting ready for our 4th vacation with them and they’ve obviously won our loyalty! I stayed at two recently and this strikes home. I know it is hard if you have a lot of properties and run them as a business, but maybe have friends or family go and give feedback too. We stayed at one that just clearly was run by a management company and things, little things that add up, were just off. Like garbage bags that didn’t fit the garbage can. Fans on appliances that were going bad. Little stuff again, but anyone that checked in would pick up on immediately. Completely dull knifes that you couldn’t cut melted butter with. Stuff good management companies or some supervision would catch. On the flip side another one, while they still had somewhat cheaper things that have to just survive rentals and we all get it, had family photos on the wall and nice touches that made it feel like, while they don’t visit often, they have actually set foot in the place. It sometimes really does make a massive difference in the renters attitude. And the photos were all locally taken, not default target ones, it was them on the beach, in a boat, at a local restaurant, etc. Not overdone, and nothing anyone would break or steal, just the perfect amount.
