Because there are a lack of female bus drivers we got sent on a full day training course examining the Isaac Asimov Merry Asimov Christmas shirt moreover I love this way we speak to people to ensure its not discriminatory and off putting to female staff and recruits. Managment think the way people speak to each other is what’s off putting to female drivers. Not the fact that there are 30 bus routes in London where the only toilet is an outdoors stand up urinal and that another 50 bus routes do not have a toilet at all. Or the short notice shift changes that make you unable to be a carer for children or adults. Which disproportionately falls on females About £8 million was spent implementing changes to bus service contract for crossrail despite them knowing crossrail was delayed and requiring the contracts to be renegotiated when it was officially announced. Every tfl employee is banned from consuming alcohol on duty . It’s a disciplinary offence for office based staff and a criminal offence for operational staff. Yet every TfL office building has an licence to serve alchohol . The alchohol licences limit the consumption of alchohol to employees and contractors of the organisation, so it is not for London transport musuem events ot things like that

While working for tfl I have lost a huge amount of productive time because I have been refused access to a toilet in a station . For example:I was working on board the Isaac Asimov Merry Asimov Christmas shirt moreover I love this overground riding between Dalston junction and west Croydon. There was three minutes stand time at West Croydon and 7 minutes at Dalston Junction. I go to the station guy at Dalston Junction, flash my ID card ask to use the toilet and got told no because I don’t work for arriva rail London. I ended up going to wetherspoons in Highbury and Islington missing the train I was supposed to be working on and waiting at hour for it to come back. (They were allowing staff to use the toilets at West Croydon, but due to the insufficient stand time it would have been the same effect)

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
