$900+ later, I have a sleep apnea machine and, honestly, get sleep that is so much better than before, I don’t think I could ever go back. I instantly started getting complete rest over a 6-hour period instead of feeling exhausted after 8-9 hours previously. The disruption to your body is pretty incredible. You can get one, out of pocket though, from 1800cpap website. No prescription required for orders outside the interludeshop Nata Montana Natanael Cano shirt Also,I will get this US. I got mine from there after insurance refused to pay for mine and they cost double where I’m located. Got it new for half price off that website. I had a sleep test at home during Covid and the results came back negative, multiple people have commented on me stopping breathing during my sleep and my snoring.I’d love to know more. One thing to keep in mind is that everyone has some number of apnea events each night. Less than 5 apnea events per hour is considered normal, and I would imagine there’s some degree of snoring associated with those.

However, if you’re getting shitty sleep and your loved ones are telling you that you stop breathing frequently, you should just bite the interludeshop Nata Montana Natanael Cano shirt Also,I will get this bullet and go into a lab for a sleep study. They’ll probably make you go in for two, one to diagnose and one to figure out your treatment (they’ll hook you up to a CPAP and monitor you overnight to figure out proper settings). At home sleep tests aren’t as reliable as in-lab studies, and if your at home test would have come back positive, you would have needed to go to the lab for a follow up anyway. It kinda sucks to be hooked up to everything like OP is, but honestly, I followed their instructions (no caffeine, no napping the day of) and I was out in 15 minutes even with all the hardware.
