Bartender here. I won’t just hand you the Indiana Pacers Champion American professional basketball team based T-Shirt But I will love this drink, I’ll tell you someone invited you to X or ask what you want and if you do want it right now or would rather have it later for whatever reason or if you want it at all. At this point you can reject easily and the excuses are on me 🙂 This way we can avoid pouring a drink no one wants and having to charge an angry dude over it. You don’t deal with bs and I can get paid. If you’re sitting there and the bartender hands you a drink and says, “the guy down there wanted me to give this to you” then you can totally deny the drink. Or you can accept it and be prepared for the guy to think you are acceptant of his advances. I’d probably ask the bartender to make him whatever he’s drinking and put it on my bill. Power move! Then if he comes over to talk to me I can say “Just because I bought you a drink doesn’t mean I want sex…jeesh!” And flash my pearly whites.

First, if you accept a drink, you only accept one you see the Indiana Pacers Champion American professional basketball team based T-Shirt But I will love this bartender make and that the bartender directly hands to you. There’s also the idea of a “marker”. This isn’t so much a guy buying a girl a drink as a way to initiate a conversation but rather a way to buy a drink for someone who already has one to be nice or to settle a darts bet or something. Yes. The bar/gun club I used to go to had these. Guys would win on strip tickets and buy a round for the club but obviously not everyone needed a drink right away The one I’ve been to doesn’t allow you on the range after you’ve been in the bar. It’s more to grab a drink with your buddies after a couple rounds of trap or something Rod n gun clubs are very popular here in WI. Doesn’t mean everyone’s tottin shottys with a cup of crown on em lol it’s more of a fundraiser by old people (think 4h but for retired farmers/hunters) I’ve always heard it called a “Round To-it.’ It’s a poker chip like thing that is given to the recipient and can be used… whenever they get “a round to it.’ Swear to God. Then again, I always hung out in pretty redneck bars 😉 If a guy buys you a drink and you accept, you should at least talk to him for a bit too. It’s bad form to accept a drink and immediately run off to your friends. You can always turn a drink down too. And that’s why I don’t buy women drinks. My sister and her friends all used to brag about how they go and drink free all night. Said sometimes they’d actually talk to the dude, most times they’d get a drink and say thanks and leave to go hang with their friends.
