Yeah, what better way to point out that police often overreact to situations when they’re not fully informed than to overreact when you’re not fully informed I guess. That isn’t really true though. The 40% number is based on survey data older than many of the In October We Wear Pink Breast Cancer Heartbeat T-Shirt moreover I will buy this users of this website (from 1992), in a survey where domestic abuse included raising voices and spanking children, in a time where the majority of American parents felt that spanking was an acceptable punishment. I’d take that a step further, what percentage of people with sociopathic tendencies align to each political group. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a tad lopsided, since a lot of right policies are based around selfish/egocentric beliefs. According to the animal control officer, the dog was found to be in violation of two Indianapolis ordinances: He was “at large,” or not confined by a fence or a pen. The dog was also not “monitored,” or on a leash or other restraint attended to by a “competent person.”

They got this dog as a “service animal” for their autistic son. But nobody watches the In October We Wear Pink Breast Cancer Heartbeat T-Shirt moreover I will buy this dog, and it’s roaming all over off-leash. I’m not defending the guy’s actions in shooting the dog. (Anyone who walks around a residential neighborhood with a loaded gun is obviously a psycho looking for a reason to use it.) But…dog owners – leash laws mostly exist to keep YOUR dog safe and out of harms way (most often from other dogs). Stop acting like leashing your dog or putting it in the backyard with a proper fence is some impingement on its “freedom”. My wife was on a walk with my 3 month old son in his stroller and our two 15 pound dogs. An off-leash medium sized dog on a walk came to attack my dogs. In the frenzy, the stroller started falling, so my wife went to stop the stroller from falling. In that frenzy, she let go of the leashes of my dogs (baby was obviously more important here). My one dog was being attacked (he ended up being okay, just a couple scratches, not even any bite marks). My other dog ran off and after a 20 minute marathon made it to a 55 mph road over a mile away and was hit by a car. He lived, but we are still dealing with physical therapy to ensure he has use of his front right leg. My dog may never regain full movement over that leg, but the physical therapist says he’s made remarkable improvement; more than they expected. And we’ve never seen that dog or dog owner in our neighborhood since then. We were never able to confront them on the matter.
