Edit: Airport team could have apologised now as you have raised a concern in twitter. But,in ideal cases entering terminal for a flight with scheduled departure more than 6 hours is never allowed. I used to regularly take a 5:30 AM flight out of Chennai. I’d always reach around midnight and was never denied entry. Once during a cyclone I reached 15 hours prior to departure and was denied entry, understandably so. I pray every day that there is no clogged sink, no fire alarm evacuation, and no degenerative tenants who threaten to blow off the building. A clogged sink is incredibly easy to fix most of the time. You don’t even need any tools in most cases. The sink trap pipe under the sink can be removed with just your hands. It’s really gross though so be prepared LOL. Just go on youtube and check it out.
Kinda funny, I stayed there for a few weeks through couchsurfing.
