Because all these renewable methods are built with commodities and massive amounts of energy. Huge amounts of copper, and lithium and cement etc. This is one of the main reasons why billions around the world will continue to depend on Nuclear energy and coal. Most of the world is not a rich developed country that can blindly afford to hurt its own citizens (until political parties change and reverse these policies.) But high prices also have a positive effect: Because wind and sun are free, producers of renewables made huge profits, which sparked major investments in the renewables sector. This year alone Germany will add about 10 GW of new solar. Over time this will displace more and more fossil electricity sources which then will lower the price. Market prices are not the highest, consumer prices are unfortunately. Here is a pie chart of consumer prices and the corresponding costs:
