The population of such students is said to be between 500k to 900k. Why does the government allow this. Its becuase the current liberal government are in the pockets of corporations who want cheap labour since Canadians don’t want to work for peanuts. You many see my post history. The immigration Minister himself acknowledges that the “students” are rally mean to supply low wage labour for big box stores (Walmart etc). So, we have a scam in Canada that makes foreigners pay $20k for the pleasure of participating in the labour force. What this has done is created huge problems with infrastructure capacity – healthcare , transportation , food availability. Indian diploma mill students have been known to raid food banks and proudly post videos when those food banks are meant for the most destitute in our society. That’s the story with those Indians who find it hard to find a job in India and would rather bet their family’s money ($20k) to start working the lowest paid jobs in Canada. The student population used to be at 250k at any time and only in the last two to three years, it has jumped to 900k students. Primarily, becuase all of them are now getting full time work permits , thanks to fucking Justin and his liberal government. In fact, those students want to be “exploited” more, placing demands for 5 year full time work permits. This only makes it easier for them to hang around in Canada and qualify for PR and citizenship should they have a hard time finding those low wage jobs. There’s a lot of videos online where you see hundreds of Indian students lining up for reatils sales jobs at those big box stores. Where are the Canadians in the mix and aren’t those low skilled Canadians being pushed out of the job market ? Liberals are really sticking it to this country
