Guilty by association, judged by your gender. And the thing is… apparently that’s totally, 100% okay. Because “her FEELING of safety” is more important than your feeling of respect, dignity, and comfort. You should and will feel uncomfortable and should and will change your route, routine, and mannerisms to ensure SHE feels comfortable and safe. Funny, huh?
