My son was killed in 2016 at the I´m not scared body is shakking with anger that isn’t scarier T-Shirt and I will buy this age of 34. That has taken the sting of death away from me. I do want to live a long healthy life (but after he was killed I wanted to die) but I’m not so afraid anymore because I still feel his presence and there have been so many signs that he’s still around in spirit (please no haters arguing life after death with me) that I cope with the thought of being gone from this existence much better than I used to. How old are your kids? I found when my kids were very small I was really terrified of dying because I felt there was no way in hell I could leave them. Now that they are teens, I still don’t want to die, but it feels more about my personal desire not to die, I don’t fear for their safety. So it’s not gone, but it’s also not as loud.

Or put it more bluntly, if you knew that death is not the end would it change your view? I would seem to think it would. In any case, theres nothing you can do about it, theres little knowledge you can obtain about it so no use in worrying about it. Just live your life as happy as possible and relish each and every day you have with your loved ones.
