No it’s not. I smoke 10g a month just a year ago for 4 years and now I completely off for 6 months and no habit formed. I refuse to believe that you did something for 4 years and didn’t form a habit out of it. It’s easy to quit when your life is on track, but when it’s stressful, it’s easy to relapse. Addiction is a medical term for dependance that includes withdrawal symptoms.
